Block 364, #10-459 Format: The papers should be formatted as per IEEE two column format either in word or latex. If latex is
Clementi Ave 2 used send .tex files, .ps/.pdf and all images in .jpeg format. If word is used send.doc file with images
Singapore - 120364 embedded in it and all images sepeartely in .jpeg /.eps format. The papers should not be more than 4 pages.
Extra charge of Rs 250 / US$ 8 per additional page.
 
Best paper Award: There will be four best paper awards ( 2 for students and 2 for faculty) selected based on
the quality of work and presentation.

Young Scisntist Award: There will be two young scientist award (1 for students and 1 for faculty less than
35 years) selected based on the quality of work and presentation. The young scientist awardee will get a
certificate and a fellowship of Rs. 100/month for one year.

Acceptance – 15th April 2011
