Dhanalakshmi bank

Dhanlaxmi Bank's Cash Management Services (CMS) create significant

value for corporate customers through speedy collection of cheques,
demand drafts and pay orders from various locations. For the efficient
management of cash flow to reduce risk, minimize cost and maximize
profit, Dhanam CMS encompasses integrated collection, payments,
liquidity and receivables management. Our product range under the
Dhanam CMS umbrella ensures speed, accuracy, and efficiency.

Local Collection (DLCC)

Dhanam Local Collection simplifies the process of collecting payments.

Instead of sending cheques to the customer, dealers can deposit them
at our branches. Since there is no need to open an account at these
branches, the proceeds of the cheques would be credited to the
customer's designated account maintained at our branch upon
realization (Clear Credit).

Upcountry Collection (DUCC)

Out Station Collections are ideal when the customer is already in

receipt of cheques from his dealers. The proceeds of these cheques can
be credited to his account with the flexibility of Clear Credit and
Guaranteed Credit.

Guaranteed Credit gives credit in accordance with the agreement with

the customer i.e. on Day 0, Day 0+1, Day 0+2 etc.
Customers can opt for either Clear Credit or Guaranteed Credit,
depending on their fund requirements.

Commissions for Clear Credit are lower than for Guaranteed Credit
under CMS.

An MIS or email report of cheques presented/realized/returned etc. is

sent to the customer under CMS only. Our MIS helps customers keep
abreast of their receivable positions on an everyday basis.

Corporate customers of Dhanlaxmi Bank use the CMS to enhance their

liquidity position and efficiently manage their businesses with the
comprehensive MIS.

With 181 branches across India covered with 100% core banking
solutions, Dhanlaxmi Bank has an edge in service delivery according to
customer expectations under CMS.

The Dhanam CMS works on a hub-and-spoke model, with the central

hub located at Thrissur. CMS nodes are located at various branches and
are connected to the central hub with state-of-the-art technology.
