CSR (WIPRO KOLKATA) 15 June 2010 till date.

Working as Broadband Engineer for British Telecom (U.K Process). Resolving Customer's
Broadband and Computer issues, Taking escalation calls and resolving them. As and when
required Assisted Our Manager in handling Team, making team report in Ms Excell, making
presentation in Ms Power Point and with daily procedures.
 CSA (Firstsource Solutions Ltd.) ICICI BANK UK August 2007 to August 2008.
Worked as an homeloan advisor, where we had to calculate the loan amount of the customer
get their documents verified and process the loan. I used to create mortgage calculator on
excell sheet, and used to take escalation call as well.

Working as technical support… responsible for taking inbound calls and trouble shoot the
computer Software/Hardware issues.

St.Lawrence High School (April 2004-March 20010)

Worked as a Scout Master in the school where I was responsible for the training of the boys, I
used to train them for different competitors, how to handle and survive in adverse situation and
how to keep yourself focused on your goal, the subjects that I used to cover were Mapping,
Compass, Pioneering, Knots, First-Aid, Signalling etc. Discipline was the basic driver of the
movement hence I used to look after the school's discipline.
