Sept 2009-till date Tullow Oil is one of the largest independent oil and gas exploration and
Maintenance Supervisor production companies in Bangladesh and producing 120 mmscfd of gas.
Tullow Bangladesh Ltd. Installation and commissioning of a hydrocarbon dewpoint control system
(Tullow Oil) enhanced the condensate recovery greatly.

Responsibilities:
(i) supervise and assign the work to the maintenance personnel; (ii) establish
and populate Maximo as CMMS System; (iii) establish the PdM (Preventive &
Predictive Maintenance) philosophy; (iv) review sparing philosophy; (v)
preparation of Operation & Maintenance procedures; (vi) plan and coordinate
shutdown maintenance programs; (vii) material procurement & budget control;
(viii)) Provide technical input, review & approval of minor facilities projects.

Achievement:
(i) implemented the corrosion monitoring strategy; (ii) introduced the RCA
(Root Cause Analysis); (iii) installed & commissioned two 125KVA Kohler
gas generator & one 350 KVA Cummins diesel generator; (iv) modification job
of the vent line for HCDP and installed the double block & bleed system for the
silica dust filter; (v) implemented the Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
Schedule; vi) developed scaffolding procedure
Sept 2006 to Sept 2009 Lafarge Surma Cement Ltd. is a unique project as the raw materials—
Engineer, Methods limestone and shale are being brought from the quarry across the international
Lafarge Surma Cement border in East Khasi Hills in Meghalaya (India) by a 17 kilometer long belt
Ltd. Bangladesh conveyor. It has one clinker production line of 3600 tpd.

Responsibilities:
(i) ensure compliance with all relevant statutory legislation and the internal
company EHS Standards; (ii) advice on C.B.M. results; (iii) facilitate Root
Cause Failure Analysis; (iv) manage on-site lubrication function; (v) shutdown
planning and co-ordination; (vi) Ensure Maximo utilization; (vii) keep abreast
of condition monitoring technologies, reliability improvement 'tools' and
processes.

Achievement:
(i) FMEA of all the major equipments; (ii) criticality analysis for
vibration monitoring; (iii) balancing of raw mill fan (3000 KW),
separator fan motor (220KW), cooler fan (75 KW). (iv) RCFA
champion; (v) database preparation for inspection in MAXIMO; (vi)
installation of machine analyst software and developed vibration
database; (vii) Reliability coordinator; (viii) 450 man hours training;
(ix) developed LOTOTO procedure
