7.0 Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes pertaining to the conduct of KIITEE-


2011 shall fall within the jurisdiction of Bhubaneswar
only. If any person or officer engages himself/herself
in act(s) that would result in the leakage of the
question paper(s) or attempt to use or help in the use
of unfair means in this Examination, he/she shall be
liab le to prosecution under the Indian Penal Code.
