Saturday’s theme of
“Serving the Community” tied
in perfectly to the 61st Annual
Roast Pork and Sauerkraut
Dinner that was held that day. It
was followed up on Sunday with
a theme of “Praising God: Serve
the Lord with Gladness.”
Students opened the week
on Monday with a “Trinity Day”
theme where they wore their
Trinity Lutheran School shirt
and school colors. Tuesday the
theme focused around “Western
Day,” and students were encour-
aged to sport their best duds
right out of the Wild West.
Wednesday was pin/button
day, and that brought out some
unique and unusual additions to
the students apparel. Students
were encouraged to wear as
many as possible. Imaginations
went wild on Wednesday when
everyone had the opportunity
to dress like their favorite book
character, and the outfits were
just as diverse as the books.
Friday saw everyone get the
chance to wear the sports attire
of their favorite team. The week-
end capped off with a theme on
Saturday of “Enjoying Fun at Teachers students and parents enjoyed an afternoon skating at Johnny’s in Custer.
