• Head of a $2bn Private Banking business across Europe, managing a team of 25 located in
London, Paris, Cannes and Vienna offering banking, investment management and Islamic products
• Developed a sales focused team culture that encouraged openness and entrepreneurial thinking
and attitude. Responsible for fostering a strong service culture across the branches and driving
revenue based tactical initiatives contributing a $20m increase in deposits. This was based on
implementing a client-cenrtic relationship model with the introductions of appropriate KPIs for the
team
• Responsible for overall profit and loss covering income generation, expense control and operating
profits for the business unit. This delivered a Euro1m above budget in the first year
• Introduced a cross-referral programme across business lines covering deposits, lending and
investment products to other Arab Bank entities delivering additional assets under management of
around $80m
• Completed a current state assessment of the business model as well as leading a market
segmentation initiative covering future growth markets across the MENA region
