The role involves operating assignments to deliver IT-enabled business transformation through
delivering solutions, advising our clients on technology, and providing strategic advice. In
addition to client work, consultants are expected to participate in business development activities
including proposal preparation, marketing, thought leadership, and more. Each consultant
attends a minimum of five business and consulting skills training days per year and receives
continuous feedback through the line management and performance review processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Apply particular specialties and knowledge, such as specific business and technical skills
and experience, in an assignment role
• As part of a project team under the supervision of a team leader, perform increasingly
demanding research/analysis/development with increasing client contact
• Take on and lead assignments of increasing complexity as skills and experience develop
• Complete formal and “on-the-job” training to continually develop operating, business
development, and communication skills.
Experience Required:
• At least three years’ proven industry experience in a team environment on multiple phases
of IT delivery, sourcing and strategy development projects including experience of the
software development lifecycle, IT strategy development and IT services and solutions
sourcing.
• Experience in developing and leading clients through IT strategic change initiatives, helping
them to shape their IT organization using the most appropriate technologies and business
processes.
