Justice requested regarding corruption, cheating, fraud and breach of TRUST comm

Is there Justice in the world where power and money is concerned?
Is it possible that the poor and oppressed will ever get any justice from the Co
urts?
Can anyone explain why the evil tyrants are always winning and prospering and th
e simple and good people are suffering?
Is it correct that Steven Yeap@Steven Yeap Leong Huat who claiming himself to be
a Christian commits the most atrocious crime of corruption, cheating, fraud and
breach of Trust on a poor and helpless family of his own flesh and blood?
Because of him we two brothers are living a life of poverty and destitute.
We have approached the Courts, lawyers and authorities but our cause has been ig
nored.
We have been suffering for over 12 years without any hope of Justice.
Now we are penniless and ignorant with nowhere to turn to. We are willing to eng
age any persons or everyone who would be kind enough to help us with understandi
ng and sympathy.

" Summary "
Yeap Chor Eè had established the BHL Bank Berhad ( Ban Hin Lee Bank Berhad) since 1
935 in Penang.
His nephew Yeap Swee Ark,our grand-father,who has 500 shares ($ 50000) in Ban Hi
n Lee Bank and 250 shares ($ 25000) in Heng Lee Company Limited on 15th December
,1951.
Yeap Swee Ark was sent to Burma(Myanmar) by Yeap Chor Eè and formed Hin Bee Company
Limited at Rangoon and set up Rice Mills in the town of WaKema,in the Irrawaddy
Delta,Burma,was trading in Rice with Hin Lee Company Limited(Penang).
According to the Annual Return of Ban Hin Lee Bank Berhad dated 22nd July 1987,t
he Estate of Yeap Swee Ark had accumulated to 233,100 shares and Ban Hin Lee Ban
k Berhad was shown as 3,616,677 shares and Hin Lee ( Heng Lee ) Company Berhad w
as shown as 1,0808,333.
Our grand-father Yeap Swee Ark died in Rangoon on January 12,1946.
Yeap Chor Eè had called his nephew Yeap Swee Ark's wife Lim Kim Eng and eldest son
Yeap Yan Phaw to Penang and hand over the shares to them according to the Malays
ian Law. Letters of Administration was granted by the Supreme Court of the Feder
ation of Malaya,high Court of Penang to widow Lim Kim Eng and eldest son Yeap Ya
n Phaw in Probate 1947 No.628.
Yeap Chor Eè and his son Yeap Hock Hoe ( Steven Yeap's father),both of BHL Bank,Pen
ang,at that time were the two sureties. Administration Bond was executed in Pena
ng on 15th December,1951.
Yeap Chor Eè died on May 26,1952. Yeap Swee Ark's wife Lim Kim Eng died on December
19,1973.
In 1987 Steven Yeap@Steven Yeap Leong Huat came to Myanmar(Burma) from Penang wi
th an encourage of 14 peoples including two lawyers.
In the Return of Allotment of Shares of Ban Hin Lee Bank Berhad dated 21st Decem
ber,1988 the shares of the Estate of Yeap Swee Ark had mysteriously disappeared
from the books of BHL Bank without any notices or informing letters by breaking
in companies Act. Steven Yeap had moved out the said shares illegally and unlawf
ully from the BHL Bank and Heng Lee Company Limited without mentioning any reaso
ns.
The Chairman of Ban Hin Lee Bank Steven Yeap Leong Huat was controlled in his ha
nd the Bank and Hin Lee Co.Ltd.The said investments had not been drawn nor trans
ferred within the period of 1951 to 1988 from BHL Bank.The Chairman of BHL Bank
Steven Yeap had known that Yeap Yan Phaw (Burma)was a living beneficiary at the
said estate of BHL Bank.
In January 1998 our father Yeap Yan Phaw and his two sons went to Malaysia to me
et with his cousin Steven Yeap but could not do so. We request 3 times for permi
ssion to meet with him but he rejected all of it.At that time the address of Men
ara BHL Bank(1147-M),No.15.Jalan Sultan Ahmad Shah,10050 Penang. (Formerly was a
t No.43.Beach street,10300 Penang) Steven Yeap's BHL Bank is no longer in existe
nce as it merged with southern Bank in 1999. Now BHL Bank had taken over by CIMB
Bank.
We have hired a lawyer Darshan Singh Khaira & Co; with an agreement that he will
get 30% of our shares received when the case was settled. Darshan Singh Khaira
& Co duly filed suit against Ban Hin Lee Bank Berhad in Penang High Court(1) Civ
il Suit No.22-444-1998. The Plaintffs were Yeap Yan Phaw and his three sisters Y
ap Chye Loo, Yap Chye Tin and Yap Chye Har.
In 1998 the Defendant Steven Yeap came to Myanmar and met with Plaintiff Yeap Ya
n Phaw's three sisters and signed some documents. After that Yap Chye Loo,Yap Ch
ye Tin and Yap Chye Har withdrew from the case and amended statement of claim wa
s filed on 15th November,1999.
On 1999,22nd November, the Plaintiff Yeap Yan Phaw has been made an Affidavit at
Yun Wei Chin, P.B.S, commissioner for oaths No-33, Lebuh Pantai, 10300 Pulau Pi
nang.
Although the case was simple and actually existed but the presiding Judge of Pen
ang High Court had not called to investigate the case for a long time 1998 to 20
03 set a CLOSE COURT.
Our father Yeap Yan Phaw died on August 14,2003 and his son Yeap Yee Kyone was a
dmitted as legal representative in the suit. He made an affidavit at LIM THIN CH
UP commissioner for oaths No. 1-E, Lebuh King,Pulau Penang (Ph:04-2612213)on 11s
t November,2003.
After the death of our father the lawyer Darshan Singh had made incorrect activi
ties,covered the true statement and the lawyer who took all documents did not co
ntinue to pursue our case.Our lawyer did not face the law and neglected our case
.He broke the conduct of a lawyer and reneged on the agreement.
We are the children of Yeap Yan Phaw, poor and not conversant with the laws of M
alaysia.
Now our lawyer Darshan Singh Khaira asked us the security for cost of the case R
.M 250,000 and including of disbursement as well as expenses of his trips for tw
o times to Yangon.He said that if we to pay this costs within one month failing
which our case would be struck out of the Court.
So we filed a complaint to the Director of LEMBAGA TATATERTIB PEGUAM-PEGUAM ADVO
CATES & SOLICITORS DISCIPLINARY BOARD,dated 17th December,2007 against M/S Darsh

The Board had dismissed our complaint No.DB/08/3746 without show of cause.
17th February,2009,at last we had sent an appeal attached herewith, The High Cou
rt of Malaya but there was no response and any other correspondence on our suit.
Concerning this case is just a meaningless and wrongful force against the law by
the unethical,misconduct bullies upon the common law abiding Citizens. It is br
eached the Human Right.
Now we are penniless and ignorant with no where to turn to. We are willing to en
gage any persons or everyone who would be kind enough to help us.
Can there be Peace and Justice in this world ?
