If
possible:
-‐
OperaAonal
profiles
should
be
generated
automaAcally.
This
could
be
done
with
the
agreement
of
the
customer.
-‐
The
operaAonal
profiles
works
well
for
frequent
inputs.
However,
there
might
be
special
cases
of
inputs
that
are
not
happening
very
frequently,
but
are
of
high
importance.
For
example,
consider
an
accounAng
system
which
collects
data
in
order
to
report
at
specific
points
in
Ame.
The
data
input
funcAons
would
be
frequently
used,
while
this
is
not
the
case
for
the
reporAng
funcAon.
I.e.,
do
not
rely
on
the
profile
alone!

No,
probably
not.
• With
failure
and
its
removal
the
reliability
does
not
grow
at
the
same
rate
• Reliability
does
not
necessarily
increase
with
change
as
the
change
can
introduce
new
faults
• The
rate
of
reliability
growth
tends
to
slow
down
when
more
and
more
faults
are
discovered
and
removed
• A
random
model
based
distribuAons
may
be
more
accurate
