Dear Mr Selvam

This is in continuation to our discussion regarding our proposed technical training to our
Channel Parnters.
As part of our commitment and plan for the continuation of providing excellence in
services and value to our Channel Partners (CP), we are conducting training programs
to update and upgrade our CP with the necessary skill sets to better serve their end
users.

This course will be offered to CP technicians/engineers that have completed Hypertherm

Level 1 and were exposed to and gained experience in
installation/commissioning/trouble-shooting or Hypertherm systems. It is aimed at raising
the current level of the experienced Service Technicians/Engineers, to better equip and
to sharpen the skill sets with advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques.
Attendees will be participating in interactive activities to share experience in the field as
well as engaging in practical sessions/lab exercises for an accelerated learning and
retention.

Not only will they receive current and complete training of Hypertherm’s Mech plasma
systems, they may also be trained on the new offerings of Hypertherm’s Computer
Numerical Controls (CNC), Torch Height Controls (THC) and MTC’s Nesting software
where applicable. This complete course runs for 5 days and the number of attendees per
course/session is limited. As Hypertherm’s Channel Partners, we request that you
nominate 2 of your Service Technicians/Engineers who may be your Hypertherm
champions to take part in the training program. Please find below the terms of the

Terms:

Registration for the training course is only open to selected key CPs and is FOC.

Hotel and meals during the course will be borne by Hypertherm. Hotel will be
provided on a

twin sharing basis.

Participants who successfully completed the course will receive a Hypertherm

Certificate after

the training.
