Title : Automatic Bagging System


Client : Sealtec.
Technology : Language: C.
Compiler: SUPERPRO.
Other Peripherals: Load cell.
Role : Responsible for whole Hardware Maintaince and Testing on Site.
Description : Project mainly aims for automation of Bagging System.
Bagging system: Load cell placed under the pan and connected to the
indicator which has automatic controlling with course and fine. When the
95% of required material comes in bag the controller stop the course flow
using relay and continued with the fine filling. Fine filing is adjusted at
98% of required material. To control the course and fine filling two relays
are used. Made a calibration of system for required weight to fill the bag.
Weight Controller: This unit is placed near the system. Main aim of this
unit is to collect the data from system and compare with standerd value
and continued with it if no match. Also display the weight.

MECHATRONICS SYSTEM PVT.LTD

Gate Control Console: This unit placed at gate and works in two modes
Remote and Local. In local mode GCC unit only monitors gate opening and
gate controlling is done by push buttons on the panel. Remote mode is
same as that of local mode only difference is that in remote mode gate
controlling is done by GCC itself through RS485 communication.
Data Collector: This unit is placed in control room. Main aim of this unit is
to collect the data from all GCC through one port and send it to PC through
another port on request. Same unit is used for controlling of GCC in
remote mode.
Control Room Display: This unit placed in control room and displays
current gate opening.

person. Alcohol sensor has analog outputs which connected to AVR which
knows the high level of alcohol in human body and send this information
on mobile phone feed in system.
