As Managing Director for South Street Capital, restructured financing and operations, negotiated M&A transactions and
advised start-ups and distressed situations across various industries, including new media, consumer products,
manufacturing and distribution.
As Director for Ranieri & Company, closed numerous multimillion dollar deals. Managed the asset side of an acquired
$12 Billion financial institution, and utilized RTC’s contract language to reduce purchase price of a $450 Million
commercial real estate package by 5%.
As Vice President with Salomon Brothers, youngest ever vice president. Personally invented funding vehicles that
subsequently changed the entire financial industry in the United States and abroad, including Shifting Interest Senior
Subordinate and CARDS.

and key personnel to evaluate existing processes, financing, infrastructure and systems to formulate strategies and

aftermarket parts manufacturer, cosmetics, restaurant, injection molding and consumer goods.
Restructured existing financing by executing largest power sports floor plan, $50 Million refinancing deal for the
2nd largest power sports deal in the US; saved client 1.5% in funding costs.
