$ 4756.00 ÷ 45 = $105.69 fee per trainee for seminar

The fixed cost would be $2,000.00 for the presenters and the $75.00 for the audiovisual

rental. The total fixed costs would be $2,075.00. The variable costs would be $675.00 for the

workbooks, $540.00 for lunches, and $158.00 for the coffees, and the $175.00 for the conference

room rental. The total variable cost would be $1548.00.

I think for each trainee, they should be roughly about $106.00 per trainee for the seminar.

Someone has to pay for the presenters and the other necessary items that are needed in order to

properly teach this seminar.
