to providing you with a beautiful environment in which friends and family will share in your happiness.
Our 31 luxurious guest rooms and suites offer outstanding accommodations. We’ll even have one of our
spacious suites reserved for you on the day of your wedding if you plan to do a little entertaining or just
need extra space to prepare for the day’s events and, of course, for you and your spouse to enjoy after the
celebration ends.
Every wedding is a unique event and we take great pride and pleasure in ensuring your special day runs
smoothly and your guests long savor the occasion of your wedding celebration at The Copperfield.
The following describes our various wedding packages and menus created by our award winning culinary
team, who are committed to making each dining experience extraordinary. As you will see, we have
designed our package prices to be as inclusive as possible. We ask you to carefully compare the value of
our offering with other sites.

BANQUET FACILITIES
The Copperfield can accommodate up to 170 seated guests in our banquet room.
Larger parties can be accommodated in a tented space on our grounds.
OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS
The Copperfield offers 31 guest rooms and suites for guest accommodations,
with additional rooms available off-premises if required.
PAYMENT
An initial deposit of $1,000 is required to reserve your date.
The remaining balance is payable in four installments with the final payment of the
estimated bill due with your final head count.
Payments may be made in cash or by personal check.
Credit Cards are accepted for any payment with an added surcharge of 2 % (Amex 3%).
A contract must be executed within 30 days of receiving your initial deposit.
MINIMUMS
Minimum Food and Beverage sales (pre-tax and administrative charges) are required for bookings.
These minimums vary by day of the week and time of year.
LENGTH OF EVENT
All pricing is based on a five (5) hour event. If you would like to extend your event additional fees will apply.
