tama po ba ang sumahod ng 1,000,000 per mos ayaw pa magbigay ng pay slip gus2 ko pong pumunta sa
labor para magpareliz kaya lng ayaw ako payagan amo ko absent bz dw kami sa work isip ko layasan ko
na kaya lng hawak pa nya pass4rt ko ano po dapat ko gawin plsssssssssss help.....

1) Nag-apply ka na ba ng severance pay or “toejikeum”? You should file your application at Samsung
Insurance Agency. Hwag mo hintayin ang amo mo na syang gagawa ng application. Don’t work on
Sunday and come to FEWA Office at Hyehwadong para personal ka matulungan ng mga FEWA
volunteers. You can contact Mr. Sofonias Paragsa (FEWA President) at 010-8682-7021 for more
information.

computation-t485.htm at forum page. You can see there how to compute the “toejikeum” para
malaman mo if magkano dapat ma-receive mo. Ang ibigay lang ng Samsung ay based on basic salary
but if your computation ay mas malaki pa sa binigay ng Samsung, ang magbayad sa kulang ay ang
employer mo.
3) About naman sa salary mo. As I computed your working hours a day considering the following…
A. Mon-Thur: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM with 1-hr lunch break (You have 1.5-hrs OT)
B. Friday: 8:30 AM – 11:00 PM with 1-hr lunch break and 30-min. dinner break (You have 5-hrs
OT plus 1-hr Night Differential due 10:00PM – 11:00PM working hour)
C. Saturday: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM with 1-hr lunch break (You have 1.5-hrs OT)
D. Total OT per Week: 12.5-hrs x 150% of your basic salary per hr (12.5 x 5,655 = 70,687.5

Note: Your current basic salary per hour must be: 3,770 Won/ ho ur
E. Total OT Plus Night Differential: 70,687.5 Won plus 1-hr x 50% of your basic salary (70,687.5
Won + 1,885 Won = 72,572.5 Won )
F. So, you must receive with a total of 72,572.5 Wo n per week considering your advised
working hours. For one month, let’s say 4-weeks: 72,572.5 Wo n x 4 Weeks = 290,290

G. Therefore, your total salary per month must be 852,020 Won (basic) plus 290,290 Won (OT)
= 1,142,310 Wo n In short, hindi ibinayad ng employer nyo ang 142,310 Won (4-weeks OT
work excluding Sunday)

4) Yung passport at new alien card mo, if hindi pa binigay sa inyo considering almost 3-months na
kayo dito, ask again to your employer. Sabihin nyo less than a month lang dapat tapos na ang
processing sa registration nyo. If ayaw ibigay, then go to labor office where your company belong
ikmediately. Get the name of the company and and name of your ‘sajangnim’.
5) Try to call the migrant worker’s human rights office… try to ask help… 02 -795-5504 or 02-
749-8975.
6) Please take note, wala pong rights ang employer natin na sila ang hahawak sa passport natin.

7) About naman sa hindi pagbigay ng payslip sa inyo ng employer nyo, violation din sa Labor Standard
Act Art. 48 and Enforcement Decree of Labor Standard Act Art.27. Dapat every month salary nyo,
meron din kayo payslip summarizing the salary and OT details.

One more thing kabayan, malapit lang ba kayo sa Kasan Filipino Center? Pupunta ako this Sunday (9/7).
Pwede kita tayo dun. Dalhin mo lahat mga kasama mo sa company.
