You’re not alone! 59% of churches have less than 250 in attendance. 77% have less Chapel
than 500 in attendance. Small churches are in the majority. Many of the challenges
that worship leaders face in the small church are quite unique. *How do I manage
ministry responsibilities with my full-time job and family? * How do I find musicians
for my band? * I need equipment but I have no budget to purchase it. * How do I
manage expectations for the worship ministry? Join veteran worship leader and music
biz professional Jimi Williams for this interactive and encouraging seminar.
Joe Vacanti & Skool of Rock 323
Alan Dusel Most youth ministries greatest struggle with music is often not having enough musicians.
Couple this with the constant revolving door of graduation once a teen gets good
and it can be frustrating. The problem lies with not having a system to develop the
young musicians surrounding you. Skool of Rock is a program that can be used and
adapted in any church to develop your next musicians. We have been using this system
since creating it in 2004 and other people have used it with success. Come learn the
philosophy, then you create your own method. Its the only skool where your teens will
desire more homework.
