SANDOCLEAN LFDI LIQ

Is a very low foaming wetting agent / detergent for all types of fibres.

SALIENT FEATURES
Is a wetting agent/detergent with emulsifying and dispersing action for scouring and removal of mineral
oil contamination from textiles. The product is widely applicable in discontinuous treatments of all types
of fibre and their blends. Sandoclean LFDI Liquid is specially designed for exhaust machines with high
turbulence and foam problems.

ADVANTAGES

ƒ Excellent scouring agent with good wetting and detergent action.

ƒ Removes mineral oil contamination and sizes of all types producing an excellent cleaning and
good absorbency in the pretreatment process.
ƒ Good compatibility with enzymes allows an application in all enzymatic treatments.
ƒ Its good stability over pH range ensures its universal application, e.g. in scouring, bleaching,
protonic treatments, BIOWASH, etc.
ƒ Is stable to alkalis and can be used in liquors with up to 25 g/l caustic soda solid (approx. 50Be)

ƒ Zero Foam.

APPLICATION

Thanks to its outstanding properties, Sandoclean LFDI Liquid is suitable for exhaust machines with
foaming problems of all types of fibre. It is especially advantageous when good wetting / detergent
properties chemicals are required as final specifications.

The product could be applied to

ƒ Discontinuous Techniques Concentration between 0.75 to 3 ml/l

on Over-flow, Jet, Other machines of circulation.
ƒ Continuous Techniques Concentration between 3 to 8 ml/l.

Probable Recommendation for soft flow

Sandoclean LFDI liq. 0.75 - 1.5 gpl

Sirrix 2UDI liq. 0.5 - 2.0 gpl Treat for 20 min. at 60 ‘C.

Add in same bath

NaOH Flakes 2 - 3 gpl
Stabilizer SIFS liq. 0.5 - 1.0 gpl
H2O2 ( 50 %) 3 - 6 gpl . Treat for 60-90min.at 95 ‘C.
