Rationale  
  The  COFS  Committee  is  the  liaison  between  the  USC  and  all  other  entities  in  
the   university   focusing   on   the   established   groups   of   different   organizations  
including   the   Greek-­‐letter   organizations   of   the   fraternities   and   sororities   in   the  
university.  This  committee  will  help  in  uniting  and  upholding  the  rights  of  the  said  
organizations,   concerning   it   with   organizing   and   assembling.   The   committee  
encourages   the   participation   of   all   organization   in   the   issues   of   the   university   and  
the  student  body,  as  well  as  that  of  society.  This  committee  shall  serve  as  the  highest  
representation   for   the   organizations,   fraternities   and   sororities.   This   committee  
shall  pave  the  way  in  organizing  projects  and  activities  that  develop  friendship  and  
camaraderie  among  organizations,  becoming  a  way  to  communicate  and  understand  
one  another.  
 
Mission  
The  Committee  on  Dormitories,  Organizations,  Fraternities  and  Sororities  will  
provide  creative  and  consistent  avenues  to  tap  the  largest  student  groups  in  order  to  
build  a  solid  mechanism  of  consultation,  representation  and  service  to  the  students.  
 
Vision  
A  University  Student  Council  that  is  able  to  assemble,  utilize  and  consult    student  
formations  for  optimal  representation.
