WARNING:
● Before beginning the installation, turn off electricity at the circuit breaker box or the main fuse box by switching
off the circuit breaker or removing the fuse.
CAUTION:
● These instructions are provided for your safety. It is very important that they are read completely before the
installation of your fixture. We strongly recommend that a professional electrician install the fixture.
● Disconnect fixture from the power source before replacing the bulb(s), making sure that bulb(s) had sufficient
time to cool down. DO NOT subject the lamp to any shock while lit as shattering of lamp may result.

● Before beginning installation of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with package contents
list and diagram above. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble, install or operate the
product. Contact customer service for replacement part.
● Estimated Assembly Time: 30 - 45 minutes
● Tool Required for Assembly (not included): Flathead screwdriver, Phillips screwdriver, Pliers, Electrical tape,
Wire cutter, Safety glasses and (5) 100W A19 Medium Base Bulbs.
● Helpful Tools (not included): Wire strippers.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1:
a. Attach the Lug end of the Side Arm to the Socket
Big Hex Nut Big Lock
Assembly. Line up holes on the Lug and Mounting
Washer
Holes on the Socket Assembly. Secure them together
Junction Box
by threading the Lock Screws into the Mounting Holes.
Hand-tighten until snug.
b. Place the another end of the Side Arm through the Side Arm
holes on the side of the Junction Box. Place the Big
Lock Washer over the Side Arm and thread the Big Hex
Nut onto the Side Arm. Tighten until snug to secure the Junction Box

STEP 2:
a. Place the Plate over the nipple in the center of the Coupling
Junction Box. Secure by threading the Coupling onto
the Nipple. Hand-tighten until snug. Plate

STEP 3:
a. Determine the Rods to be assembled according to your
desired hanging height.
b. Secure the chosen Rods and the Coupling on the top 6” Rod
center of the Junction Box together. Hand-tighten until

STEP 4:
a. Screw the Swivel underside of the Ceiling Canopy to
Ceiling
the Upper Rod. Hand-tighten until snug. Canopy

STEP 5: Mounting Screw

a. Screw the Mounting Screws into the Crossbar , place Crossbar
the Lock Washers over the Mounting Screws and Hex Nut
thread the Hex Nuts onto the Mounting Screws as
shown . Secure the position of the Mounting Screws by
tightening the Hex Nuts against the Crossbar .
b. Secure the Crossbar to the Outlet Box with Outlet Box
Screws . Lock Washer

STEP 6:
a. Locate the Ceiling Canopy onto the Crossbar and slip
the Button Stop on the end of Lanyard into the Slot on Crossbar
the Crossbar as shown.

STEP 7:
Use Wire Connectors (not supplied) to connect the
WHITE OR RIBBED WHITE OR RIBBED
wires.
a. Connect the House Ground Wire to the Fixture Ground FROM HOUSE FROM FIXTURE
Wire.
b. Connect the House White (or Ribbed) Wire to the
Fixture Supply Wire (Black or Smooth Side). BLACK (OR RED) WIRE BLACK OR SMOOTH
c. Connect the House Black (or Red) Wire to the Fixture FROM FIXTURE
FROM HOUSE
Supply Wire (Black or Smooth Side).
d. Wrap each connection with approved electrical tape
and carefully stuff all of the connected wires into the GROUND WIRE GROUND WIRE
Outlet Box.

STEP 8:
a. Place the Ceiling Canopy over the Mounting Screws
Outlet Box
and secure with the Mounting Balls. Hand-tighten until
snug.

STEP 9:
a. Place the Shade and the Steel Collar over the Socket
as shown. Using the Socket Collar Tool, thread the
Socket Collar onto the Socket to secure them. Hand-
tighten until snug.

STEP 10 :
a. Install correct Bulbs referring to fixture markings and/or labels for maximum wattage.

Your installation is completed now. Restore electricity. Retain this sheet for future reference.
