IMPORTA}'IT MATTERS ON FEES PAYUENT

1. Students are required to pay all fees for each semester according to the
Bursarts Circular No.2/2009 (Payment Regulations for Students) 0therwise,
students will be barred from seeing examination result and registering
subject for next semester.

2. New students who have been approved by the University to withdraw within 14
days from the registration date can obtain refund for part of the fee paid.
No refund is given if the application to withdraw is made after the period
stipulated above.

3. Registered students (including students who have made the pre-registration


of subject) who withdraw from the University after the commencement of the
semester are required to pay fee for the particular semester

4. Registered students who have obtained approval to postpone their studies


from the University authorities in a particular semester are required to
make payment of fees as follows:

a. If the approval is given before the end of the Mid-semester Break, the
student is required to pay half of the tuition fee.

b. If the approval is given after the end of the Mid-Senester Break, the
student is required to pay the full tuition fee.

5. Payment of tuition/hostel/charges can be made by:

a. CIMBClicks Internet Banking (choose 'pay bills' - UTM)

b. Financial Process Exchange (FPX) Internet Banking

c. Bank Draft made payable to "Bendahari UTM"

d. Counter Service (cash /credtt card/debit card)
