Good adhesion to a variety of substrates -

TPU, Nylon, PVC, Leather, Synthetic Leather,
Polyester, Fabrics,etc.
Application:
Shoe Industry, Textile Industry and others.
Processing Method:
By Solvent. The formulation we generally
suggested is one-third (1/3) each of MEK,
Acetone and Toluene. In general, it depends
on the customer's requirement. If you require
the faster volatility, you can use more Actone. If
you would like to reduce the cost by Toluene,
the Max. Toluene in Solvent is 30% ~ 35%. If
the Toluene is not allowed, you can use EAC
instead. As to the actual formulation, it should
be adopted according to the characteristics of
solvent and every customer's needs.

Ink Features:
Good adhesion, abrasion resistance,

softness, flexibility,etc. Soluble in MEK and
Cyclohexanone.

By Solvent. If the solution effect is not good

by using solely MEK, you can add more than
10% of Anone or DMF to obtain the best
solution effect.

TPUA - ACFN (NON
YELLOWISH)
DESCRIPITON
The almost colorless TPUA-ACFN (NON YELLOWISH) is designed as curing agent for
adhesive based on hydroxyl polyurethane, natural and synthetic rubber; owing to
TPUA-ACFN (NON YELLOWISH) features good photo-resistance, it is particularly
suitable for light-color polyurethane adhesive system. Because the solvent is ethyl
acetate, TPUA-ACFN (NON YELLOWISH) can be used in those countries where the use
of methylene chloride is restricted.

PERFORMANCE
The Film of adhesive and coasting film mixed by TPUA-ACFN (NON YELLOWISH), is
difficult to become yellow after exposure to UV light and heat. So TPUA-ACFN (NON
YELLOWISH) shows good bonding strength in PVC with much plasticizer, SBR with
plenty of oil, coasting leather, silk and so on.
APPLICATION
After the addition of TPUA-ACFN (NON YELLOWISH), the ready-to-use
double-component adhesive should be applied within a period (pot life) which is
determined not only its content of rubber, but also by the other ingredients of the
formulation (e.g. resins, antioxidants, solvents, etc.) If the adhesive is not used within this
period, it may become increasingly difficult to apply and its viscosity increases rapidly
until irreversible gelling ultimately occurs.
SUGGESTED ADDITIONS

COMPATIBILITY WITH SOLVENTS

TPUA-AC528 can be diluted with anhydrous and alcohol-free ethyl acetate,
dichloropropane, trichloroethylene, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, toluene, and other
similar solvents. The addition of relatively by using lager proportions of the solvents
mentioned above.
APPLICATION
After the addition of TPUA-AC528, the ready-to-use double-component adhesive should
be applied within a period (pot life) which is determined not only by its content of rubber,

TPUA-C 43F can be diluted with anhydrous and alcohol-free ethyl acetate,
dichloropropane, trichloroethylene, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone and toluene, among
other solvents. When added in relatively large proportions aliphatic hydrocarbons can
cause turbidity; but can be re-dissolved by using earger proportions of the solvents
mentioned above.

TPUA - E33D
DESCRIPITON
The light-color TPUA-E33D (similar to Bayer Desmodur RFE) is an established,
universal curing agent for adhesive based on hydroxyl polyurethane, natural and
synthetic rubber. TPUA-E33D can be used instead of TPUA-13-F 25G . RFE is even
more satisfactory from the aspect of industrial hygiene.
TYPICAL PROPERTIES

73% ethyl acetate.

TPUA-E33D can be diluted with anhydrous and alcohol-free ethyl acetate
dichloropropane, trichloroethylene, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, toluene, and other
solvents. The addition of relatively large proportions of aliphatic hydrocarbons can cause
turbidity; but the solution of natural rubber in aliphatic hydrocarbons show good
compatibility with TPUA-E33D, in the absence of other solvents.
PERFORMANCE
TPUA-E33D shows good bonding strength in PVC with much plasticizer, SBR with plenty
of oil, coasting leather, silk and so on.
APPLICATION
After the addition of TPUA-E33D, the ready-to-use double-component adhesive should
be applied within a period (pot life) which is determined not only by its content of rubber
