Dear Sir,
Please refer to your application for the subject position & discussions; we are pleased to inform you that you
have been selected for the post of “Sales & Service Engineer” on the following terms & conditions.

1. You will responsible for sale & service for the products, given by the company. Presently, Argo Milling
Machine & DRO System are there. The products may get changed time to time.
2. Your territory for the working will be complete South /Central Gujarat, Daman.
3. Your responsibility is for the complete sales & Service part, i.e. generating the enquiry to collection of
payment & “C” forms etc.
4. You will obtain purchase order from the customers in writing & payments thru cheques only.
5. You will be paid monthly salary as given on 2nd page:
6. You will be on probation period of six months. Your performance review will be done on monthly basis
& accordingly decision will be taken for confirmation/ rejection of employment with the company with
in six month time.
7. You will be entitled for other benefits like, Bonus/ Medical/ Leaves/ Sales Incentive etc, as per company
rules, .as explained to you in person.
8. During the period of probation or extended period of probation, as the case may be, your services are
liable to be terminated with out assigning any reason and with out notice or payment in lieu there of.
After confirmation your services can be terminated by one month notice in writing or a month wages in
lieu there on either side.
9. Your services are liable to be transferred from one office to another office, whether existing or to be set
up in future. In the event of your not joining your duties at the place to which you are transferred with in
7 days of the order, you shall be deemed to relinquished your employment of your own accord and your
services shall be automatically stand terminated.
10. For official local traveling & out of the city traveling, you will be reimbursed the expenses on actual
basis, as being reimbursed to other employees.
11. You will in all respects to be governed by the company’s orders/ instructions.
You will retire by yourself in case of physical or mental disability or infirmity or for continued ill health.
