The caption on the pleadings does not include words “Judicial notice”. It is possible, that it was accidentally
omitted, therefore the Appellants reply to the opposition on all accounts.
1. A. REPLY TO THE OPPOSITION TO JUDICIAL NOTICE
2. First document in the Judicial notice is the transcript of the hearing held on 12.20.2011 in front of Judge
Robreno. Appellees themselves made this notice a part of the proceedings, as they filed a motion for
TRO with the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, accusing Appellants of committing multiple crimes. Third
Circuit Court of Appeals referred this matter to the District Court for hearing, thus this hearing became
an integral part of the Appeal. If the transcript and the disposition of the hearing are not reviewed by
the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the Third Circuit would be prejudiced against the Appellants. The
Transcript is absolutely essential for the Appeal. The essence of the appeal is that the

Plaintiffs/Appellees committed fraud by claiming that the Plaintiff/Appellee Lisa Liberi is the resident
of PA, not Lisa Liberi, who was convicted in 2008 in CA and who is on probation under the supervision
of the San Bernardino, California Department of Probations. The court erroneously assumed
jurisdiction in this case, based on a fraudulent assertion by Liberi and her attorney Berg. During
the 12.20.2010 hearing, during the cross examination of Liberi, conducted by the Appellant and
attorney for the Appellants Taitz, Liberi admitted that she is indeed Lisa Liberi, a felon, convicted in
2008 in CA. This admission has de facto and de jure decided the Appeal in favor of the Appellants.
Such request for judicial notice was not frivolous, but proper, done in good faith and evidence is
material for the resolution of the appeal. Additionally, cross examination of Plaintiff/ Appellee Ostella
revealed that serious accusation mounted against Taitz, specifically allegations that Taitz attempted to
kidnap Ostella’s children didn’t even come from Ostella, but rather were made up by attorney Berg.
This behavior by a licensed PA attorney Philip J Berg is so outrageous and represents such malice and
such egregious misconduct by a licensed attorney, that sua sponte sanctions by this court against Berg
are warranted. This exhibit supports motion for sanctions filed by the Appellants.

Second document provided as an exhibit with the Motion for the Judicial Notice was the 12.23.2010 order
by judge Robreno issued after the 12.20.2011 hearing. Judge Robreno stated that there was no bases for the
Motion for the TRO and he did not find any basis for the accusations made by the Plaintiffs/Appellees. Taitz
conducted cross examination of the Plaintiffs/Appellees Lisa Liberi and Lisa Ostella and examination of the
Plaintiff/Appellee Attorney Berg. Judge Robreno found all three Plaintiffs/Appellees evasive and not
believable: p.9 “Berg’s testimony was also combative, evasive and argumentative and the court did not find
his testimony to be helpful for establishing a factual record”; p 8 “… Liberi also testified that Taitz tried to
hire a “hit-man” to harm her and her family and that Taitz encouraged others to harm her son. On cross
examination, Liberi conceded that she was a convicted felon and that she had no direct evidence linking the
website to Defendants Belcher or Taitz. Liberi also did not present any credible evidence to support her
claims of murder solicitation and kidnapping attempts. During her testimony Liberi was often combative and
evasive, and much of her testimony was argument without factual basis. For this reasons, the court finds that
Liberi’s testimony was not credible”; in regards to Plaintiff/Appellee Ostella p9 “On cross examination,
Ostella conceded that she locked Taitz out of the web site www.DefendOurFreedomsFoundation.org and her
associated paypal accounts. Ostella also conceded that she only had discovered a link between Geoff Staples
and the website http:/lisaliberi.com, not to defendants Taitz and Belcher. Like Liberi, Ostella was often
combative and evasive during her testimony, and much of her testimony was argument without factual basis.
Therefore, the court also finds that Ostella’s testimony was not credible.” Id 12.23.2010 order and
memorandum by judge Eduardo Robreno in Liberi v Taitz This request for the judicial notice was
timely and proper and evidence provided was material. It showed that indeed Liberi was the convicted felon.
It showed that allegations and accusations by all the plaintiffs and their attorney Berg was without any factual
basis. This supports the position of the Appellants, that the Plaintiffs/ Appellees committed egregious fraud on
the court both in the District court and the Court of Appeals and perjury, not only by defrauding the court in
regards to Liberi’s state citizenship, but also in defrauding the court, while accusing the Defendants/Appellees
of multiple crimes. Plaintiffs/Appellees and their attorney accused the defendants and particularly attorney
Taitz of serious crimes, such as attempting to hire a hit man to kill Liberi and kidnap Liberi’s and Ostella’s
children. They did it without a shred of evidence and with malice, which not only supports the Appeal, but it
also supports motion for sanctions, filed by the Appellants.
3. Summary of the 2008 California conviction of Liberi of 10 felonies of forgery and fraud and subsequent
probation limitation is proper and material, as coupled with Liberi’s admission, that she is indeed a convicted
felon, makes Liberi’s claims of PA residency impossible. Her probation summary stipulates that she is not
allowed to reside in any other state but Ca and NM, therefore she can’t reside in PA. It shows that the court
erred in assuming jurisdiction in diversity and the case needs to be dismissed due to lack of jurisdiction.

4. A letter from San Bernardino, California DA is material and proper evidence, which was obtained recently,
as it tends to show that Plaintiff /Appellee Lisa Liberi is still under supervision of the San Bernardino CA
probations department
5. Recent announcement by the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, that a disciplinary
hearing for Philip J. Berg is scheduled for 02.23.2011 is an indication that a. Mr. Berg might not be able to
proceed as an attorney on this case after 02.23.2011. Additionally, the staff of the disciplinary board will not
schedule a disciplinary hearing for an attorney and make it public knowledge, unless they believe there is a
good probability that indeed disciplinary action will be taken. This is consistent with what the Appellants and
Taitz were saying all along, that Berg acted with malice and showed egregious misconduct by an attorney,
where he made up outrageous accusations of capital crimes without a shred of evidence and with a goal of
covering up prior fraud on the court and perjury.
B MOTION TO RECUSE
1. As Appeallants stated in their motion, the appellants believed that Judge Greenaway and Judge Jordan
were prejudiced by prior proceedings
As stated before Judge Greenaway issued a dissenting opinion in the motion to dismiss filed by the Appellees.
Judges Barry and Fisher decided that the Third Circuit Court of Appeals has jurisdiction over this case and
the appeal went forward. The appellants are concerned that if judge Greenaway believes that the Third
Circuit Court of Appeals does not have jurisdiction to hear this case at all, than he will be inclined to rule in
favor of the Appellees and less likely to consider the merits of the appeal, which deals with the fact that
judge Robreno assumed jurisdiction over this case without a shred of documentary evidence of the state
citizenship of the lead plaintiff Liberi. Moreover, without a shred of documentary evidence, judge Robreno
wrote in his order that Liberi is a resident of PA, while ignoring all the evidence to the contrary presented by
the appellants.
Appellants argued that if this order by judge Robreno is allowed to stand and the case is transferred to another
jurisdiction, than a new judge might decide, that this issue was already adjudicated and issue a summary
judgment.
Additionally, not challenging the jurisdiction goes against the principles of the Judicial economy, as this whole
case can be disposed immediately due to lack of jurisdiction.
Yet another consideration is the fact that not reviewing the issue of jurisdiction would be against the public
policy. In the case at hand the Plaintiffs filed a de-facto SLAPP (Strategic Law suit against public
participation) against the defendants, who were the whistle blowers and who blew the whistle about the fact
that attorney Philip J. Berg is using as a paralegal Lisa Liberi, a felon, recently convicted in CA of forgery
and theft. Berg and Liberi claimed that she is a different person, residing in PA, later they conceded that she
is indeed a felon recently convicted in CA. In spite of all the evidence and in spite of Liberi’s admission,
judge Robreno inexplicably continues writing in his order that Liberi is a resident of PA and is allowing Berg
and Liberi to proceed with their $800 million dollar case for defamation of character and slander. Prior
opinion by judge Greenaway de facto aids Berg and Liberi in defrauding the public at large and the courts and
gives green light to other felons, like Liberi to find an attorney, who would violate the code of ethics and
would help them hide their identity.
2. Judge Jordan was the judge, who wrote the opinion in the prior appeal 09-3903 in the same case of Liberi v
Taitz, which was filed by the Plaintiffs, where they were seeking a TRO, which would serve as a de -facto
gag order to silence the whistle blowers. On 08.29.2009 Berg filed out a transcript order form, where he
attested to the fact that he made financial arrangements for purchase of the transcript. In reality, no such
arrangements were made, not a cent was paid and Berg used the court of Appeals and the District court for 7

months as a dumping ground to dump literally thousands of pages of unrelated defamatory and inflammatory
material with a sole goal of harassing and intimidating the defendants and accusing the defendants of multiple
crimes.
When the clerk of this court, Marcia Waldron, issued an order to show cause, why the transcript was not
made and not forwarded to the court of Appeals, Joanne Carr, the clerk of the District court provided a
response that according to her understanding, the Plaintiffs, appellants in the the first appeal, were supposed
to get an order from judge Robreno, authorizing the reporter to prepare the transcript, and that no payment
was made by the Plaintiffs for the transcript . Berg responded stating that he never got the exact amount of
the fee necessary for the purchase of the transcript.
Marcia Waldron issued yet another order:
04/12/2010 Order (Clerk) considering Response by Court Reporter and Reply by

2 pg, 21.78 KB Appellants to Order to Show Cause. The parties are hereby ORDERED to
advise the Clerk in writing within fourteen (14) days from teh date of this
order whether the appropriate motion has been filed in the District Court
so that the Court Reporter can transcribe the proceedings and whether
financial arrangements ahve been made. Action on the Order to Show
Cause is deferred pending the parties’ responses to this Order, filed. (SLC)
Nine days later Berg filed a motion to withdraw his appeal.
Defendants argued, that if Berg and Liberi believed, that her life was indeed in danger, they would have paid
the transcript fee and filed a necessary motion in the District Court to release the transcript and have the
hearing. They did not do this for seven months. When they saw that they might be sanctioned by this court for
not getting the transcript and for not paying for it for seven months, they abruptly filed for leave of court to
dismiss their appeal.
Yet, again this was an example of the Plaintiffs using the courts as a tool of harassing the defendants for as
long as they pleased and later withdrawing the appeal.
The defendants asked this court to decide with prejudice and to sanction the Plaintiffs and specifically their
attorney Berg, for defrauding this court for seven months, claiming that the financial arrangements were
made, while knowing full well, that it was not done and simply using this court to harass the defendants. Judge
Jordan wrote a short opinion, allowing the Berg to withdraw his appeal without paying any fees of the other
side.
The Defendants, who are Appellants in this case are concerned that Judge Jordan could have been prejudiced
against them by voluminous filings by the Plaintiffs.
The requests to recuse in 28 U.S. C. §455 were done in good faith as recusal standards are even more rigorous
than the due process standards.

…recusal standards more rigorous than due process requires,
Laird v. Tatum,
409 U.S. 824, 93 S.Ct. 7, 1972 WL 130949, 34 L.Ed.2d 50, U.S.Dist.Col., October
10, 1972 (NO. 71-288) Supreme Court justice has a duty to sit where not disqualified which is equally as
strong as the duty to not sit where disqualified. (Per Mr. Justice Rehnquist, on
motion to recuse …
The appellants have no knowledge, as to how, why and by whom the appeal panels are chosen. The
appellants are acting out of abundance of caution, as it appears that two out of three judges on this panel,
might be already prejudiced against the appeal.
As the panel could see and appreciate, a number of occurrences in this case are totally inexplicable. As the
Appellant elaborated previously, there were multiple example of the district court not docketing the
defendants pleadings or not docketing specific documents within such pleadings. As the Appellants argued,
Judge Robreno pressured one of the defendants, James Sundquist, to agree to have the case against him
dismissed without prejudice, even though this defendant wrote in his pleadings that he did not want to have
the case dismissed without prejudice, and was seeking dismissal with prejudice as a final resolution in this
case. The defendants provided this court examples of transcript made by the court reporter Donna Anders,
where she simply removed from the certified court transcript the whole cross examination of the party and
neatly arranged the direct examination of the other party right below to create an impression that the cross
never took place, which needs to be investigated as a possible obstruction of justice and tampering with
evidence by the employee of the court itself. Lastly, in an absolutely mind boggling move, after Plaintiff
Liberi admitted of her recent felony conviction in CA, and in light of the probation conditions, forbidding her
to reside in PA, Judge Robreno continues to write in his order that she is a resident of PA, which is evidence
of bias and abuse of judicial discretion and possibly judicial misconduct. All of those occurrences make U.S.
federal courts look like courts in Egypt or reminiscent of the courts Taitz observed in her native Soviet Union.
All of the above make her concerns reasonable and valid while hoping that the Circuit court of Appeals will
finally give some teeth to the doctrine of jurisdiction of Federal court in Diversity cases based on real
documentary evidence and not based on fraudulent statements by the Appellees, which were given by
Judge Robreno more weight and value, than documentary evidence presented by the Appellants.
After witnessing all of the above, Appellant Taitz was justified in her reasonable request to recuse made on
her own behalf and on behalf of the “Defend Our Freedoms Foundation” where she is a president. She
provided zealous representation for the foundation, where she serves as a president.
Additionally, opposition by the Appellees yet again spews multiple allegations of crimes, whereby previous
decisions by Judge Robreno and Third Circuit Court of Appeals repeatedly found no value in such
allegations, repeatedly found their allegations to be rhetoric not based in fact. Just as previously Appellees
accused the Appellants of hiring a hit-man to kill Liberi and to kidnap children, they continue with the same
modus operandi and accuse the appellants of further illegal behavior. Appellees’ response and allegations in it
further support the Appellants motion for sanctions against the Appellees and their attorney Philip Berg.

The district judge Eduardo Robreno was supposed to dismiss this case nearly 2 years ago. He was
supposed to demand Liberi’s drivers license, she stated that she will file it and never did. He was
supposed to dismiss due to lack of jurisdiction. He didn’t. I’ve seen so much lawlessness going on in
federal courts, that I just don’t believe anything is being considered based on law and evidence. I am,
also, concerned with the way the panel was stacked. Judge Greenaway is an Obama appointee. He was
appointed recently and tried to rule against me before on a motion to dimissed filed by Berg, but was
overruled by 2 other judges: Fisher and Bari (sister of Donald Trump). Later Chief judge McKee and
judge Rendell (former wife of former gov. of PA Rendell) denied all of Berg’s motions and requests for
judicial notice.
Berg harassed me for 7 months in 2 courts, but never paid a cent for the transcript in his first appeal.
When he was caught doing this, he asked for leave of court to just withdraw his first appeal. I asked for
fees, costs, sanctions. Judge Jordan just let Berg withdraw his first appeal, he did not award any fees or
sanctions. He de facto placed me on the same level with Berg. That worries me. I believe someone
made sure Greenaway and Jordan are on this panel in order to dismiss my appeal. A lot of games are
being played as you can see.

Demand from Congressional committees of

Oversight to investigate selective enforcement of
laws by Holder department of Justice

We need to make sure that Congress investigates Holder department of Justice in their enforcement of laws
or should I say their refusal to emforce laws and unleashing criminals on law abiding citizens.
You saw reports on Holder department of Justice selectively prosecuting elections fraud and violations of
elections laws.
Multiple complaints of citizens were ignored, our elections are probably more rigged than elections in Egypt,

particularly in large Western blue states like CA, WA, CO, NV. We can’t get Department of Justice or
Judiciary to do a thing to clean up massive elections fraud and stop the usurpation of control over our ballot
counting software, which is now in the hands of foreign corportations such as Dominion and Sequoia. Our
elections are nothing but a complete farce and a joke.
Now, let’s go to the issue of massive cyber crimes. Here are a few examples. Only a few months ago I noticed
that there was hacking into my yahoo account and after hacking all of the categories in my yahoo account
were deleted. Later I saw an announcement, that this was hacking into Yahoo servers and a number of people
were affected. Now my yahoo account was hacked again, pirated, spam e-mails from Spain were sent and
curently I am unable to log into my account. Similarly, yahoo representatives are saying that it was an attcak
on Yahoo servers and a number of people were affected.
Previuously my blog was attacked and it was reported that the attack was on servers of Network Solutions.
On Network Solutions I had additional security, my blog is hosted on a Linux machine, which is considered
more secure, I pay yearly for additional security and for the dedicated server. So, there is nothing I can do on
my end. when servers of large companies, like Yahoo, Network solutions are attacked, individual end users
can do nothing. such attacks need to beinvestigated and prosecuted by the cyber crimes units, but absolutely
nothing is being done so far.
Yet another cyber attack involved my clients. When Lt. Scott Easterling issued a statement against Obama as
illegitimate president, immediately a group of Obama regime cyber thugs and media thugs was in action,
creating faux cites, blogs and e-mails, supposedly created by Scott Easterling and defaming him and
assassinating his character. I repeatedly complained to the FBI, Secret Service, cyber crimes units
everywhere, nothing was done.
Another example: a whole group of felons attacked me by filing perjured affidavits in several courts to
prejudice judges against me, I reported this, nothing was done yet.
In the courtroom of Judge Eduardo Robreno a court reporter by name Dona Ander removed from the
certified transcript the whole cross examination of my former volunteer web master Lisa Ostella. She sent it
to me claiming this was a full certified transcript. Only after I reported this on this blog and threatened to go
to FBI and report this to the House Judiciary committee for investigation, she sent to me a new version of the
certified transcript, which contained the cross examination. This woman removed 14 pages from the
transcript and sought she could get away with this. Normally attorneys check the transcript for minor errors or
typos, but one will not expect 14 pages selectively remocved from the transcript and the rest neatly
arranged,as if those pages never existed. Clearly someone this repporter to remove this cross examination
from the transcript, believing that this will fly,but when she got caught, she was forced to admit that she
removed the pages and sent a new transcript. I sent demands to investigate this. Such demands for
investigation and complaints were sent to the chief judge of the Eastern District of PA Harvey Battle, to the
Chief judge of the Circuit Theodor McKee, to the Inspector General of the department of Justice, to the
Public integrity unit of the department of justice, to PA DA, to the Oversight committee and judicial
committee of Congress. This is exteremely important. If you can ‘t rely on the couts to be straight, if you
can’t rely on judges, on court employees, on court reporters, you end up with a corrupt system like in Egypt
or Iran. Please, contact all of the above entities and demand immediate investigation and prosecution of all
the involved parties.
This cross examination was implicating my former web master Lisa Ostella and her attorney Philip J Berg
and her accomplice Lisa Liberi. All of these people were supposed to be criminally prosecuted. Liberi is on
probation. She repeatedly violated her probation by associating with known felons, by committing perjury in
court and in her sworn affidavits and filing frivolous actions based on fraud on the court. Her probation was
supposed to be revoked long time ago and she and her accomplices Evelyn Adams, Lisa Ostella and their

probations in San Bernardino CA, Rene Ford, to the District Attorney of San Bernardino County Mark
Ramos and assistant DA Mike Fermin and James Secord and to the San Bernardino county board of
supervisor and County attorney Ms. Green. So far, no action. Please, contact thease organizations and
demand immediate action or relieving from duty officials, who are reckless in not doing their job and not
supervising felons on probation and not prosecuting crimes.
I reported that my old foundation web site was taken over. At the last court hearing Ostella admitted that she
took over my foundation web site and replaced my paypal with hers. So far police department and sheriff in
CA and NJ (where Ostella resides) or DA in Philadelphia, PA, where the case was filed did absolutely
nothing. You tell me, how are we any different from Egypt or any other third world coutry corrupt regime?
Our law enjforcement and judiciary is simply protecting criminals and are used by criminals to harass law
abiding individuals. Keep in mind, if we don’t hold our law enforcement accountable, tomorrow or day after
tomorrow each and every one of you can become a victim of criminals. Keep in mind, your hard earned
money paid to the state and federal government is simply wasted on this huge army of freeloaders, who sit in
their offices and do nothing and who allow criminals to go scotts free. I really need your help in fighting back
against this massive lawlessness. If you are in PA, please contact Philadelphia DA and Philadelphia county
board of supervisors and demand answers why my repeated complaints to Philadelphia DA were not acted
upon yet? Maybe if a complaint is filed with the disciplinary board of the PA Supreme court against the
Philadelphia DA, he will start doing his job and will start prosecuting criminal activity in Philadelphia. Can
someone contact the Attorney General of CA and of PA and see, why repeated complaints of crimes

Your honor,
Plaintiffs in the above captioned case have bombarded the defendants and the courts with hundreds and, by
now, probably thousands of pages of pleadings of motions and requests for judicial notices, most of which had
absolutely nothing to do with the case at hand and the order to show cause that was directed towards the
plaintiffs. I am asking for a judicial notice of one page only. The attached one page order from the Third
Circuit Court of Appeals denying all 11 motions and requests for judicial notice, shows that the Third Circuit
Court of Appeals does not see any emergency, that the plaintiffs claim and does not see any relevance in all
of those voluminous filings. It is consistent with the findings of this court and it is an indication, that if the
Court of Appeals didn’t see any emergency now, it is reasonable to believe that there was no emergency half
a year ago, when your Honor denied plaintiffs request for the temporary restraining order against the
defendants. It strengthens the defendant’s position that indeed, there was no emergency or damages to the
plaintiffs, rather Attorney Philip Berg has filed this legal action with an improper purpose of harassing and
trying to silence the defendants, when I posted on my web site true printout from the San Bernardino division
of the Superior Court in CA of ten felony convictions of forgery and grand theft committed by Berg’s
assistant Lisa Liberi. This publication was done with a proper purpose of alerting the public that any piece of
evidence, any document coming out of Berg’s office is suspect of forgery, due to Liberi’s background and
particularly in light of the fact that Mr. Berg has filed Affidavits of Kenyan birth of Barack Obama in Eastern
District of PA, Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States and refused to
show the original documents to me or to a forensic document expert. While the media has named me the
“Queen of the Birthers” or the leader of the Birther movement, due to my legal actions to unseal the original
vital records of Mr. Obama and get a declaratory relief on the meaning of the term Natural born citizen, as it
applies to the article 2, section 1 requirement for presidency, I am concerned that Mr. Berg’s actions in using
a convicted document forger as a legal assistant, and refusing to provide original documents, does not help the
cause or the underlying legal action, but rather undermines and muddies it and will destroy it, when it will be
heard on the merits. It is also an indication, that as an attorney and president of the Defend Our Freedoms
Foundation, I was justified in alerting the public regarding the fact that on 04.11.09 my former volunteer web
master Lisa Ostella has changed the passwords and locked me out of the original DefendOurFreedoms
website, and from that date any and all donations received on that old web site did not benefit my
foundation, but rather benefit Ostella personally, as well as Attorney Philip Berg, indirectly his assistant Lisa
Liberi, as well as talk show host Evelyn Adams, all of whom Ostella started promoting on the web site for my
foundation after locking me out.
While most of the plaintiffs are lay persons, Berg is a licensed attorney and his actions were direct violation
of rules of professional ethics.

San Bernardino county board of supervisors is elected. They supervise the probation department.
As you know i was a victim of vicious attacks by Philip Berg and his paralegal Lisa Liberi. Liberi is currently
on probation. She was indicted of 23 felonies : forgery of document and theft. In a plea bargain she was
convicted of 10 felony counts of forgery and theft. She was supposed to serve 8 years in prison. Shockingly,
she was allowed to serve 3 years probation instead of 8 years in prison. Her probation ends March 21. During
this probation she and Philip Berg filed a frivolous law suit against me, investigator Sankey, researcher Linda
Belcher, talk show host Ed Hale, his wife Karen Hale after we made public her felony convictions. She and
Berg were claiming that she was defamed and Berg was defamed because of accusations of crimes of

his paralegal. They were claiming that she is an innocent woman in PA. They gave Berg’s business address as

her address. When I demanded to see proof of her PA drivers license, they made a malicious slanderous
accusation, saying that she should not file her drivers license with court because she is afraid for her life,
because attorney Taitz tried to hire a hit man to kill her. We had a hearing in PA and both she and Berg
already admitted that she is a felon from CA. The judge already stated that Lisa Liberi, Philip Berg and Lisa
Ostella are not believable as witnesses and he found no value in their allegations. What worries me is that the
judge is Clinton appointee. he was supposed to dismiss this case a year ago and sanction them. When one files
a legal action in Federal court, there has to be a reason for Federal court to take the case. Berg claimed
diversity of citizenship. By law a party claiming diversity of citizenship is supposed to prove it by
documentary evidence. the judge ordered them to file Liberi’s identifying documents. For a year and a half
they never filed such documents. the judge was supposed to dismiss this case, but he is not doing that and he
is allowing them to continuously harass me with thousands of pages of pleadings. Originally Berg want a
restraining order against me and all the defendants. That was denied by the District court and the court of
appeals. all his motions were denied, but the case was not dismissed yet.
I filed an appeal in the third circuit court of Appeals, but yet again I am concerned about the panel: one judge
is a Clinton appointee, one is a youg african American judge, recent Obama appointee and only one older
judge Reagan appointee. So the panel is stacked 2:1.
I forwarded all the pleadings to the DA and probations in San Bernardino. Liberi’s probation was supposed to
be revoked long time ago. She violated her probation time and again. I forwarded to them the transcripts from
PA, where she was committing perjury under oath. She is not allowed to commit new crimes while on
probation. Perjury is a crime. She is not allowed to associate with known felons. she associated with Larry
Sinclair and Charlie Lincoln. this is a clear violation, for which her probation was supposed to be revoked. At
the moment everybody is pointing finger at somebody else. the probation department in San Bernardino is
saying that they forwarded everything to DA and it is up to DA. DA is pointing to the probation department.
County Supervisors have power and duty to supervise county departments. I believe they are not doing
anything because Liberi previously filed a frivolous suit against the county, DA, assistant DA James Secord,
who is in charge of her case, police officers, police detectives. I believe they simply don’t want to deal with
her or maybe she has a back. Since 1960s US department of Justice and FBI used convicted felons as
informers and agitators. Just recently a judge in OH was criminally indicted for knowingly accepted perjured
testimony from such informer and convicted somebody based on perjury. I don’t know, what is it: maybe
laziness, maybe unwillingness to bother with a vexatious plaintiff. Maybe, she is being used by someone in the
Department of Justice and that what explains, why they allow her to continuously commit crimes, violate her
probation and nothing is done.
I need your help in fighting this corruption in the government. Because of this corruption we have a fraud in
the white House without a valid social security number and without a valid long form BC. Because of the
corruption in the government we have a criminal like Lisa Liberi, who stole hundredth of thousands of
dollars by virtue of forgery and theft, who is not serving her eight year prison term and who is allowed by the
probation department, DA, county and some Democrat liberal judges to continue committing crimes and
causing enourmous financial, and emotional damage to multiple individuals. Same Liberi and her accomplices
defamed investigator Sankey, who found that Obama does not have a valid Social Security number. Liberi
and Berg accused Mr. Sankey of stalking her, of braking into her computer to get her picture, even though
Liberi herself posted her picture on the Internet, when she was pulling yet another scheme and was trying to
intice unsuspecting individuals to give her a loan (it was a site, where people were forming pools of investors
for second mortgages and loans).
Liberi and Berg and their accomplices Evelyn Adams and Lisa Ostella also defamed Ed and Karen Hale,
L:ind Belcher, berg’s former researcher and Jeff Staples, Berg’s former web master. They accused thease
people of forgery and theft. They accused Captain Pamela Barnett of forging a letter from Linda Belcher.
They accused patriot Neil Turner of being a white racist supremacist, who is stalking Liberi. they accused

engineer Mr. Murray of falsifying document. You can see a pattern. It looks like Liberi and Berg are going
after everybody, who is legitimately going after Obama and particularly after people, who are going after the
social security fraud committed by Obama. Who is interested in doing this?
I need your help in contacting each and every member of the Board of supervisors in the San Bernardino
county and demanding that they take action. Ineed help in reaching the local news papers, radio and TV
and letting them know, what is going on, how known felons are allowed free hand to commit crimes and
probation department, DA and the Board of Supervisors of the San Bernardino Coun ty is not doing anything
to stop it

I noticed that individuals posting threats to kill me are using servers in Germany and Spain, just as individuals,
who high-jacked my yahoo account about month ago and sent to 5,000 of my friends and supporters bogus
e-mails, saying that I am stranded in Spain and attempting to scheme donations this way. From what I know,
they were not able to get any money, however they wreaked havoc, they deleted about half of the e-mails in
my yahoo address book, they deleted e-mail addresses of all of my donors. They changed all the settings. I
had to waste a lot of time on the phone with yahoo security, I had to send a copy of my drivers license to
recapture my account. What was probably most unpleasant, was the fact that they deleted e-mail addresses of
all of my relatives, including my parents and my brother and sister in law.
These hackers are just thugs. Unfortunately our FBI and police cyber crimes units do nothing to stop this. I
filed my complaints with Mission Viejo and Rancho santa Margarita, CA police and FBI two years ago, I

reported cyber crimes, I reported that my volunteer web master Lisa Ostella locked me out of my prior web
site for my foundation, that donations to my foundation were diverted, that there was tampering with my car.
I am yet to see anything done by police departments in CA, NM, NJ or PA.
One positive development, is that the office of the Inspector General of the Department of Justice forwarded
my complaint to the Chief Judge of the Third Circuit for handling. I got a letter from the Chief Clerk of that
Circuit. I hope this Chief Judge Theodor McKee will follow the law, but I am concerned, as he is a Clinton
appointee. His life mission is promoting fellow African American professionals, anti discrimination against
minorities. As I am the “queen of the birthers” he might be unwilling to do anything. How much he will do,
remains to be seen. So far the three judge panel assembled on my case consists of one recent Obama
appointee, one Clinton appointee and one Reagan appointee: 2;1. Not very encouraging, but let’s hope that
they will follow the law, particularly as they know that the Inspector General is watching this case and that
the House of Representatives Committee on the Judiciary is watching them.

03/11/2011 AT 8:30 AM DEPT. R7Investigator Sankey and I attended a probation review hearing for Lisa Liberi. Roster posted on the door of the
courtroom stated Lisa Liberi-probation revocation.
Ms. Walsh, managing supervisor of the San Bernardino probations department, attended the hearing. Presiding judge Shahla Sabet advised the
probation supervisor that the complaints by the victims are very serious and she, Ms. Walsh is encouraged to get in touch with the victims and review
the complaints. Judge Sabet was concerned that the probation is due to expire on March 21, in one week, and she needed to know, whether the
probation needs to be revoked or extended. Lisa Liberi’s court appointed public defendor, Mr. Pitcl was notified and he asked to continue until Monday,
March 14th. Probations supervisor asked for continuance antil this coming Tuesday, March 15th.
Judge Sabet continued the hearing until Tuesday, March 15th, 8:30 am.
The hearing will be held at 8303 North Haven Ave, Rancho Cucamonga Criminal division of the San Bernardino Superior Court, Division R-7, Judge
Sabet.
This is an open court hearing. If you are a victim of her violation of probation or new crimes committed during the probation (from March 21, 2008 until
now), and you want to be in the audience, you can be in the audience. Any member of the public can be in the audience.

make it. I hope, as one of the victims, you can testify to the judge about her claiming that you are a White militia racist, who is stalking her. This
woman has defamed you and Pamela and Ed and Linda and Neil Sankey and Caren. So many people were viciously defamed by this sociopath
and her unethical attorney. I really hope they will get the punishment they deserve, I hope you can be in court. Neil Sankey and I are planning
to be there
