Job Description:
- Coordinate strategic planning and implementation of cost-effective progr
ams. Write policies and procedures to improve business operations. Analyze fin
ancial reports searching for discrepancies and inconsistencies then provide solu
tions. Audit and manage all aspects of national provider networks and pharmacy
benefit managers (PBM) in 30 states including plan designs. PBM and Network Acc
ount Managers including Pharmacy consultants report to me for direction. Create
official training tools and guides for the Employee Education Department. Coord
inate both educational provider in-services and give power point presentations t
o enhance the Examiner’s understanding of disease processes and related medications.
Work closely with the Medical Director, Director of Nursing, Director of Provi
der Services, Chief Operating Officer and Medical Providers to resolve both inte
rnal and external conflicts. Interview new Medical Providers and instruct them
on how to accurately complete documentation and reporting in a
manner that is consistent with state regulations.

programs are legally feasible prior to gaining approval from the internal legal
department. Assist Government Affairs Department in proposing new workers’ compensat

Job Description:
- Responsible for coordinating appropriate discharge planning and performi
ng utilization review in accordance with InterQual standards and employing an ar
ray of community resources and social services. Perform chart reviews and provi
de recommendations encompassing all anticipated discharge needs. Follow clinica
l pathways according to patient diagnosis. Educate patients of disease processe
s, discharge needs, preventative care and follow-up. Facilitate patient dischar
ge needs with the appropriate venders in accordance to their insurance requireme

All contracts were consecutive without breaks in employment for five years. Eac
h contract was signed for a duration of 13 weeks, however most were extended to
six months. The majority of clinical PACU and ICU experience from 2000 to 2005
was at Sunrise Medical Center and Children’s Hospital. I did accept contracts at o
ther facilities during that time including travel assignments.
Job Description:
- Recover and stabilize patients undergoing a number of general surgical o
utpatient and inpatient procedures. In addition, recover and care for acute care
, ICU patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures such as coronary bypass graf
ting and neuro-surgical patients undergoing craniotomy procedures. Cross-trained
to recover pediatric patients requiring inpatient, outpatient and ICU level pro
cedures. Assess plans and evaluate the nursing care needs of the patient in the
immediate post-operative or post-procedural period. Evaluate responses to treat
ment and interventions and carry out physician orders. Anticipate case specific
needs based on knowledge of procedure and pathophysiology regarding patient and
procedure. Manage patient’s pain and hemodynamics. Facilitate orientation for new s
taff members and delegate assignments of ancillary staff.
