Voting Machine Technician Bronx Borough Facility 1780 Grand Concourse, Bronx (Ma
rch 1992 to November 1994)
* Maintain and prepare Shoup 3.2 Mechanical Voting Machines
* Trouble shoot and repair machines as needed in the field on Election Day
* Assist with office duties as required.
Administrative Associate, Candidate Records Unit Central Office 32 Broadway, NYC
(November, 1994 to August 1996)
* Maintain records of all candidate and committee filings including petitions, o
bjections, specifications, court orders, financial disclosure reports.
* Answer public inquiries both over the phone and in person
* Proof ballots and make required changes while interfacing with print vendors.
* Assist other departments as required

* Write and enforce policies for maintenance and disposition of all agency recor
ds as prescribed by New York State and Federal Law.
* Work with the New York State Archives and Records Administration to improve re
cords keeping methods and transition into a digital age.
* Monitor all requests for the disposal of records and determine if all criteria
are met.
* Maintain archives in all five borough facilities.
* Manage and direct all microfilm projects and subsequent storage of original fi

Represent the board at the Mayors Office of Labor Relations to negotiate contra
cts, answer union grievances and similar actions.
Work with the NYC Corporation Counsel and NYC Department of Investigation in ac
tions brought against the board.
