ght courses to advanced High School Juniors and Seniors.
* Developed Environmental Science course from scratch and taught course to High
School Juniors and Seniors.
Project Management:
* Started Test Engineering Department from scratch, growing it to a complement o
f 5 engineers and 12 technicians that provided automated test equipment for all
phases of manufacturing assembly operations: Conceived and implemented training
programs for all employees in the department.
* Oversaw multi-million dollar project to consolidate four buildings plus a ware
house into a single new facility offering significant cost savings: Completed p
roject on-time and within budget.
* Wrote complex government contract proposals resulting in $3 to $4 million of n
ew work at an acceptance rate of 80%, including manufacture of a secure telephon
e communications system. Also, served as the engineering collaborator on a mult
i-discipline Proposal Writing Team that won several multi-million dollar governm
ent contracts.
Quality Assurance:
* Researched and procured high volume self-diagnostic test equipment that enable
d rapid and accurate testing of manufactured assemblies with the result that the
rejection rate was significantly reduced.
* Identified that failure of manufactured military communication system relays w
