* Coordinate the "HACCP" program for the Oklahoma City facility and help train a
nd audit the "HACCP" program for several other Cargill plants throughout the Uni
ted States.
* Lead daily shift meetings that focus on Safety, Employee Engagement, and Daily
business which has resulted in zero lost time and medical aid accidents. This
has also become the foundation for the Oklahoma City plant becoming the "Model"
feed mill for the Animal Nutrition division of Cargill, Inc.
