April 2011 SALES ACTIVITY

KEY OBSERVATIONS
Sales trended downward for single-family homes, decreasing 5.9% to 655 in the three month period from February
2011 through April 2011 as compared to the same period last year. Condominium sales increased by 1.7% to 1,004.
Median prices for single family homes decreased by 2.6% to $570,000. The condominium median price rose 1.6% to
$310,000 compared to the same three month period last year.
