ACCOMPLISHMENTS/ACHIEVEMENTS:
h Planned and coordinated teams for complex customized network routing projects
comprised of SS7, VPN, and CDMA (wireless V 3G). Oversee with end-to-end respons
ibilities involving installation/field integration, test/acceptance and turn up,
which increased the wholesale product by 20 percent a year due to improving on
standard operations/implementations.
h Enhanced audit of Customized Network Routing (CNR) processes by reducing 88 pe
rcent of the task time. This was done by writing software in VB to automate the
data entry process versus timely repetitive manual implementation along with bet
ter human resource allocation.
h Established new amendment criteria to new large account contracts going forwar
d that provided clear verbiage illustrating customer and Sprint responsibilities
