Summary of Experience
20+ years of analyzing machine operation and performance, whether it be industr
ial equipment, machine tool, packaging, finishing, large scale pumping, or any a
ffiliated support mechanisms: i.e. electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumat
ic .
My abilities include installation, maintenance, repair, and manufacture of most
standard replacement parts.
If you require failure analysis reports and or procedure updates I am well vers
ed in providing the documentation and recommendations to reduce down time and im
prove upon current maintenance techniques.
I am comfortable being put in situations that require decisions in which it is m
y responsibility to recommend procedures that may cost companies hundreds of tho
usands of dollars in losses if my recommendation involves a shutdown and have ne
ver had a complaint on my personal performance or judgment.
Finally, I am knowledgeable in the operation and diagnosis of the latest in cont
rol technology, be it Fanuc, Anilam, Fagor, or Siemens. My training was attained
here in the States and in the U.K.
