Qualifications:
I have worked in Construction and Industrial Safety, Welding, Weld Inspecti
on, Civil Engineering, Maintenance, QA/.QC and related fields for 30+ years. I'm
very strong in Civil and Piping. I have obtained the experience and many certif
ications including ASNT Level III MT, UTT, VT, PT and RFI. I'm also certified by
ACI, ASNI and MnDot to Inspect Concrete and Bituminous along with Aggregate Pro
duction, Grading & Base, and compactions of soils. I have attended several Indus
trial classes at the North Western Missouri State University at St Joseph, Mo, a
nd have 7 years of training to manage CQC, QA, and NDE Coordinator. I also hold
the U.S. ARMY CORP OF ENGINEERS Certificate of Construction Quality Management f

QA/QC Manager for the start of a project in Puerto Ordaz Venezuela. The project
consists of 3 LM6000 & 3 7EA & 1 7FA. My main function coming here was a favor t
o get the project up and running, to get Mass Excavations, Backfill and density
testing , From work and rebar placement of the major foundations out of the grou
nd and mass concrete pours done with embeds in place, to start to assemble the f
irst 2 LM6000 and one 7EA, lay out the GSU foundations and electrical manholes a
nd duck banks, the compressor foundation and embeds for the 1st three compressor
s. I also will train my replacement and 2 other CWI inspectors.

establishing the procedures that where used. I made all the arrangements for RT
and UT to be conducted and did all the VT, MT, PT and RFI myself. I also did al
