Responsible for plant maintenance of a 45,000 sq. ft. facility which includes, b
ut is not limited to, 5 overhead cranes, ranging in size from 5 to 20 tons, a 10
0 cfm rotary air compressor, twin 45 HP boilers, an aggregate conveyor system an
d a 2 cubic yard horizontal mixer.
Assisted in the development of a Quality Control / Quality Assurance Program, wh
ich, achieved approval by the New York State Department of Transportation.
Additional responsibilities include purchasing, inventory control, providing sho
p drawings, problem solving, concrete testing and inspection.

Routine responsibilities included preparing construction estimates and contract
bids, developing construction schedules, establishing subcontracts, and purchas
ing of raw materials.
Accountable for DBE / EEO compliance.
Assisted with survey and layout.
Managed the erection of an on-site concrete batch plant and concrete testing
facility.
Supervised the placement of 1040 cubic yards of concrete in one day at a rate o
f over 100 cu. yds. /hr.
