I have been in the Automotive Industry since 1983 where I have been involved in
Parts and Service. My training includes Parts Inventory Control, Service
Advisor, Rental Manager & Operations Assistant. Currently, I am a Service & Part
s Manager.

Station Manager-Managed 4 mechanics, 5 detail personnel. Work closely with outsi
de vendors to obtain parts for all model vehicles for resale. Knowledge of inven
tory and warranties on all makes and models of vehicles. Also at home store: Ass
istant Service Manager-work closely with 19 mechanics, other Assistant
Service Managers, knowledge of Jeep and Chrysler warranties, very strong

Responsible for all Service Tech reports, registering for all training,
College courses, ASE Testing, travel, etc. Work closely with Warranty
Administrator with Toyota and Mitsubishi warranty claims. Back up both Toyota
and Mitsubishi Service Advisors when needed. Work with New and Used Sales
Department to complete all We Owes and with outside vendors to schedule
appointments. Close out all Repair Orders for Internal billing as well as all
PDI's. Knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds computer system.
Sept 94-Apr. 01: BRITT CHRYSLER-JEEP
Feb 98-Apr. 01: Rental Manager
Managed fleet of up to 120 Rental vehicles at any given time. Responsible for
set-up and ordering all inventories, returning vehicles to Auto Auction when it
was time to take vehicles out of service. Managed 6 employees. Strong Customer
Service background.

Responsible for parts inventory, strong attention to detail, placed all parts
orders, completed inventories, managed 6 employees, work with Chrysler Parts
Depot and kept inventory up to date; i.e.: superseded part numbers etc.
