while closing Mortgages as a notary pubic for Montgomery County
Pennsylvania, and surrounding areas in the suburbs of Philadelphia /

Homeside Lending, 6/2006 Milwaukee, WI I worked for Homeside Lending
as a contract mortgage underwriter for six months. I underwrote, and
reviewed appraisals. I used Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac guidelines. I also
used both LP, and DU assisted desktop underwriting. Contacted various
mortgage brokers for additional conditions, and information. Used
internal underwriting along with desk top underwriting- DU/ LP
underwriting computer analysis. Analyzed corporate tax returns for
compliance.

Countrywide Mortgage, McLean, VA 06/2001-06/2002

Team leader for Countrywide while in Pittsburgh underwiting loans
manually. Extensive use of manual underwiting while working for
Countrywide and various mortgage companies. Worked at Countrywide
Lending in Mclean VA, and Fair Oaks VA as a mortgage underwriter
during the summer of 2003& 2004. I underwrote both jumbo loans and
conforming loans. I was asked to go full time, but declined due to the
instability of the company. Worked as a contract underwriter in
Pittsburgh, PA for over a year working for Countrywide

Manual underwiting review while working for Freddie Mac. I worked as

Underwiting manager for the last 6 months on the assignment with
American Mortgage. Used LP/DU and manual underwiting. Primary
underwriting was conventional, and used manual underwritingMortgage
Underwriter assigned to American Mortgage in St. Louis Mo. Underwrote
mortgage loans from. Underwrote both refinances and purchases. None
use of DU/LP. Hand underwriting through internal computer system.
Compliance meeting each day to determine approval. Decision made by
the underwriters then reviewed for possible approval if declined at
meeting for all underwriters.
GE Mortgage, Philadelphia, PA 05/1991 to 02/1992 Team Leader and
Mortgage Manager
Worked in Cherry Hill for GE Mortgage- Worked as an
auditor/underwrite/cleared conditions- Worked extensively with third
party brokers, and cleared conditions. Reviewed closed loans for
compliance through investigation. Made critical decisions in reference
to all conditions including legal review, and appraisal review.
Sears Mortgage, Chicago IL 02/1992-07/1994
Underwrote mortgages, and reviewed mortgages for PMI mortgage
insurance in their office in Chicago. Contracted for 1 year for GE
Mortgage and PMI. Worked with HUD mortgages including VA, and FHA
loans after reviewing mortgages for PMI Mortgage Insurance
Performed mortgage underwriting for jumbo and conventional loans on
contract to multiple mortgage companies. Audited mortgage files for
compliance.
