Content Critical is a solutions-based company focusing on web-to-media developme
nt for financial institutions, retailers and political campaigns. Its roots are
in transactional printing, but it has expanded its back end services to include
web development, system integration, digital printing, offset printing, large fo
rmat, mailing and fulfillment. In the role of SVP Sales and Marketing, I was res
ponsible for developing sales initiatives around the various vertical markets to
be served by the companys horizontal offerings.
Successfully developed and rolled out initiatives based around vertical markets
for a sales team of fourteen.
Recruited project managers to oversee mixed media projects.
Participated in the development of web-based solutions for clients.
Responsible for the development of the Client Services Department to improve cu
stomer service.
Actively involved in the acquisition of two other companies.

Texscan NT is an incubator company under the auspices of Bright Sky Holdings. It
was formed in May of 2008 and is chartered with developing enabling technology
in the field of Advanced Advertising for Cable and IPTV. This position reports d
irectly to the CEO of the holding company with direct P&L responsibility and ove
rall management of the company. In the spirit of entrepreneurship, this position
is also on the senior management team of the holding company with direct report
ing to the Board of Directors and participation in fund raising activities.
Achieved over budget for revenues and under budget for expenses in the first ye
ar.
Successfully participated in a live pilot project for Advanced Advertising with
a major MSO
Successfully penetrated major network, IPTV and Cable companies with new techno
logy.
Successfully participated in several fund raising presentations for Texscan NT,

Vio Inc is a subsidiary of Vio Worldwide, a $12 million per year, 60 person grap
hic arts supply chain software and services company. Reporting directly to the C
EO, the original purpose of the hire was to raise Vios profile in the US. This p
osition has expanded to strategic business development, sales management, direct
sales and product development activities.
Raised the profile of Vio in the publishing, prepress and ad agency markets in
the US.
Sold into key national accounts most notably Time Inc., Meredith, New York Tim
es, UBM, Macys, Dillards and Draft FCB.
Managed national, virtual sales team of six people.
Successfully designed and launched the worlds first digital soft proofing ad de
livery service that lead to over $1.2 million per year in recurring revenue.
Member of M&A team most notably the December 2006 acquisition of the rights to
AdSEND from AP.

Recruited by $20 million advertising agency prepress and commercial print shop,
one of New Yorks top five, to direct 200 personnel in overall company operations
. The position reported to the President and was responsible for coordinating e
fforts of sales and technology, prioritizing operational issues and customer con
cerns and developing technology strategies. Duties included negotiating with ve
ndors and candidates of mergers and acquisitions.
The company closed in March 2003.
Designed corporate marketing plan, including development and repackaging of pro
ducts.
Developed educational seminar series that educated and attracted clients.
Dramatically increased company productivity by employing state-of-the-art techn
ology.
Designed new production and tracking system, including vendor negotiation that
obtained $800,000 of equipment at a cash-neutral position for the company.

nd weaknesses, packaging resulting vision as marketing platform.
Directly managed the sales force to more than double revenue to over $9 million
in three years in a market where competitive pressure had cut prices in half.
Designed and implemented two production systems and a job ticketing and trackin
g system to streamline production and cut costs.
