Oversee daily operations of Caley Home to insure quality of care standards are
met.
Remain current to insure compliance on Federal, State and County mandates as ap
plicable.
Conduct individual, family and group therapy with residents.
Assess residents in order to develop recommendations and coordinate appropriate

Supervise staff in implementation of Caley Home Program and individualized inte

Address training needs of staff; advise staff in handling specific situations.
Coordinate treatment and social services for residents with community professio

Develop service plans and reviews to meet state mandates for each resident; rev
iew all critical incident reports; complete discharge summaries.
Insure individualized service provision for each resident, including, but not l
imited to medical, educational and transitional services.
Available 24/7 via pager to insure residents treatment, developmental and emoti
onal needs are appropriately addressed while providing direction and support to
staff.
