Investor Relations
Oversee the management of our agency investor relations to include Fannie Mae, F
reddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae. Additionally, oversee the investor relations with ou
r Mortgage Insurance providers. This role entails all aspects of communication,
presentations, investor strategy, and brand messaging.
Oversee and coordinate financial and counterparty assessments of our MI partners
in collaboration with our Risk group. Assessments focus on three key areas: fin
ancial performance, book performance, and efficiencies around claims, rescission
s, and loss mitigation.
Oversee and coordinate the Agency and Investor Relations intranet website. This
website functions as a key repository of information regarding our investor rela
tionships. The information managed here is instrumental to all levels of decisio
n making within the organization and the information is relied upon in assessing
and determining strategies and business initiatives.
Develop, administer, and communicate reporting and analytics to both internal an
d external stakeholders. Ensure the appropriate metrics and service quality leve
ls are being monitored and measured to ensure alignment to corporate goals.
Relationship Management
Manage both the Agencies and MI relationships across the organization. In this c
apacity, primary responsibilities included the development of strategies, negoti
ation of terms and conditions, and collaboration between internal and external s
takeholders. Proactively assess policies, procedures, and new offerings from the
GSE and MI Providers and propose recommendations on how they could be applied t
o our evolving business model.
Develop and nurture relationships with external customers. These customers woul
d include Private Investors, MI companies, and Non-Profit/Community Lending grou
ps. Negotiate waivers and variances; solicit participation for product pilots,
partner to analyze market trends and opportunities, which further strengthen the
se relationships.
Manage the internal integration leads that work within each sales channel and fo
cus on product implementation. Ensure all resources are aware and aligned to the
current workflow, address and resolve high-level issues and determine overall o
utcomes for projects.
Coordinate and manage executive review committees. These committees assist in c
rafting product and price strategies for our channels of business. Interact with
executive level personnel to identify corporate or division goals. Work to dev
elop and design product and programs that will meet the needs to be successful.

Product Development
Design and develop product strategies that appeal to the marketplace, providing
solutions for both the consumer and organization. Create production sustainabili
ty for our sales channels and expand market share by developing products that pr
ovide a new market entry or expand upon an existing product line.
Oversee enterprise product lines to include Conforming Agency, Government, Jumbo
A, Alt-A, and Seconds. Worked with Capital Markets Trading to create execution
strategies that translated back into both price and product competitiveness in
the marketplace. Total first lien production of $60 - $100b and second lien pro
duction of $10b.
Collaborate with senior management regarding business strategies and determining
the role of product Development in supporting their success. Work with each ch
annel to develop tailor-made programs and products that allow them a competitive
position in the marketplace for both production and market share growth.
Oversee the Product Development team and the end-to-end process and workflows us
