Account Representative

The main responsibility of this position is to establish new business for the co
mpany. This is achieved through working a prospect database and cold calling. St
rong communication skills are essential in consulting with the prospect. Once
I have discussed the problems and needs of the prospect, I put together a formal
presentation that meets and exceeds their needs. Once the order is signed, I ha
ve the responsibility of following this order through to the install of products
and services.
Sales Consultant

From 1991 through 1993 responsibilities included servicing and expanding current
accounts. This was completed by proposing to the client how beneficial new prod
ucts services would be to their business. In 1993 I gained the responsibility of
establishing new accounts for the company. The main objective of this position
is to consult prospects on their problems and needs. Design a program that fits
the needs of both parties, and present it to the prospect. Once the program has
met the needs of the prospect, it is then my job to organize, size, complete pap
er documentation, order product and see to a timely install of products and serv
ices.
Other duties include working a large database to insure the growth of the compan
y. This was achieved through consistent telemarketing and face to face visits.

Responsibilities included calling on existing accounts establishing new accounts
to raise total sales. Other duties included referencing parts mixing and tintin
g of automotive paint. Also performed equipment demonstrations on new products b
eing used which meet regulations.
Supervisor

Started as part-time load and unload, preload, sorter and then was promoted to s
upervisor. Responsibilities included running the next day air and ground shuttle
operation, supervising seven to fourteen employees, overseeing scanning of next
day air, training and testing of employees, coordinating pull times for trucks
and keeping updated profiles on my employees.
