* Directed and coordinated plant (900,000 sq/ft) production operations, includi
ng can/bottle manufacturing, agricultural, environmental, migrant camp, labeling
(20+ million cases labeled annually) and distribution functions for a major ind
ependent, publicly-traded, fully integrated, food processing company.
* Recruited, scheduled, trained, delegated tasks, directed, coordinated, motiva
ted and evaluated performance activities (directly) of 15 team department superv
isors, indirectly 225 associates and up to 500 (seasonal).
* Accountable for safe, efficient and economical operation of plant facility an
d equipment; budgeting; labor scheduling; supervision and proper utilization of
space, equipment and manpower; customer service and satisfaction; personnel trai

Warehouse Office Manager (May 2003-May 2007)
* Supported the Warehouse Manager in overseeing and coordinating office operati
onal and administrative functions, including maintaining, controlling and reconc
iling inventory; training and supervising up to 15 employees; and providing info
rmation (warehouse capacity reports, vendor status, pallet repairs, etc.).
* Selected to train managers and employees on Seneca's policies and procedures,
warehouse office functions, computer/inventory systems and benchmarking, suppo
rting the acquisition of the Signature Fruit plant in Modesto, California (17-we
ek training program).
* Reorganized plant physical inventory and aged stock to improve warehouse oper
ational processes.
* Designated as main trainer/contact person at the Geneva plant in providing su
