experience with the Houston Police Department. Certified as a Master
Hostage Negotiator and have worked rotations in the Robbery and Burglary &
Theft divisions in the Houston Police Department. Received Master Police
Officer certification through Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Officers
Standard and Education, also certified Spanish interpreter through Houston
Police Department. Have worked closely and coordinated efforts with

INTERESTS AND ACTIVITIES:
Enjoy keeping abreast of latest technologies in regards to security
related issues. I am keenly interested in international affairs and how
they may affect our national security both at home and abroad. I enjoy
studying and learning new techniques that I can apply to my work career
and personal life. Enjoy keeping abreast of world and political events,
especially in regards to terrorist activities and how those events may
impact the corporate environment. Wired and installed CCTV security
system in personal residence using infra red cameras and motion activated
recording devices. Enjoy playing sports from paint ball, football, ping
pong, to tennis. Enjoy every opportunity to refine my photographic
skills, and traveling to new destinations. Enjoy faith based activities
leading to greater spiritual understanding.
LANGUAGES:
Speak Spanish as a second language and was a certified translator for the
Houston Police Department.
AWARDS RECEIVED:
Various letters of commendation from a variety of sources from within and
outside the police department; most memorable was a Life Saving Award for
saving the life of a fellow police officer.
