adership at the Battalion and Brigade Staff level. Possess excellent writing an

Senior Training Management Non Commissioned Officer (NCO)/Master Sergeant 2007

Fort Gordon, Georgia
Managed a 158 person staff and faculty (Military, Defense Department employees,
and contractors). Supervised updates and changes to Programs of Instruction.
Managed logistics, command supply discipline program, human resources, staff and
faculty development, risk assessment, and safety. Contributed to the annual bu
dget analysis and made recommendations on budget issues to senior managers. Rec
eived and evaluated proposals from suppliers and subject matter experts. Used
extensive oral and written communication skills to plan, prepare and execute bri
efings to senior Army managers at the Senior Officer Level. Participated in lon

nts. Administered resident basic electronics training for Initial Entry Trainin
g (IET) students in five Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) courses. Managed
logistics, human resources, staff /faculty development, risk assessment and saf
ety. Coordinated military activities, counseled and evaluated branch NCOs and se
nior instructors. Counseled students and advised the division chiefs on technic
al matters concerning training, professional development, and performance action

Senior Human Resource manager for a forward deployed Corps Support Group consist
ing of a Headquarters and two battalions with over 3000 Soldiers. Responsible f
or personnel readiness, personnel accountability, personnel information manageme
nt and postal operations. Assisted with the preparation of plans, orders, and g
raphics for operations and exercises. Organized logistics personnel to deploy a
nd operate as part of the Joint Operations Center and Command Post. Performed l
iaison duties as part of 16th Corps Support Group in Kuwait. Responsible for pr
oviding guidance and logistical support for units deploying and redeploying from
Operation Iraqi Freedom. Coordinated all ranges and combat orientation instruc
tion for personnel deploying through Kuwait and into Iraq. Tracked all ground a
nd air movement of equipment as it arrived in theater and was pushed to final de
stination. Lead logistician for operations in Kuwait during Operation Iraqi Fre
edom; coordinated vehicle/equipment Reset and Preset team operations, VIP visits
, and seaport operations. Trained both active component and reserve personnel t
o support theater level logistic requirements by implementing lean processes in
the Joint Operations Center during numerous Command Post exercises. Insured saf

t of a multi-functional Corps Support Battalion assigned to 3D COSCOM. Responsi
ble for all installation logistics functions to include administration, mission
readiness, and ground/electronic maintenance support equipment. Provided input
to long range calendar and fiscal programs. Briefed senior executive leaders an
d provided guidance to mid-level managers on logistics, training statistics, per
sonnel readiness, and security. Trained Supply Support Activity and Unit Supply
personnel in new supply techniques. Initiated training programs in personnel m
anagement, supply procedures, arms room procedures and maintenance operations wh
ich resulted in commendable ratings during inspections and audits. Established
professional development programs at all levels. Implemented training on common
military subjects, tactical training that replicated the current operational en
