CM/ QA / QC for PacifiCorp Wind Farm Project in Glenrock / Rolling Hills, Wyomin

overhead distribution and transmission lines plus substation and interconnect ci
vil construction.
Responsible for quality control of construction of 15 miles of 954 34.5 KV distr
ibution line and 14 miles of 1272 transmission line with OPGW on both lines. SO
W included supervision and engineering liaison for the line design, caisson cons
truction of steel structures for turning poles, and hybrid tangent poles from th
e wind generators to the substation and interconnect structures transmitting the
wind generated power to the PacifiCorp grid.
Crown Castle 9/2007-5/2008 Tower Structural Analyst transferred from New Build t

In-house. Duties included MLA/SLA review, CAD Structural Design review, Structur
al review, relegating mod designs, mod design bid packages, review and design si
tes for new client installs.
Crown Castle 5/2007-9/2007 CM of New Raw Land Sites. Responsible for identifying
and qualifying site lease candidates, Zoning Drawings, Permit and Construction
Drawings, Bid Packages, Material Ordering,
Contractor Scheduling and Site Construction QA/QC, Close out packages. Our team
received honors for finishing first in production for Crown Castle nationwide.

ClearWire, Corpus Christi, TX 01/15/07-04/15/07 PM/CM, Construction had begu


n in the fourth quarter of 2006 and was halted for budgetary reasons. Picked up
the pieces including sites that required Site Design, A&E Plans for Zoning and
Permitting, hiring and coordination of Surveying and Engineering firms to plat p
reviously unplatted properties. Responsibilities involved lease negotiations,
material take-offs and ordering, verification of warehouse inventory, constructi
on scheduling, construction monitoring in the field for individual sites and the
POP. Daily progress reports. Assisted RF engineers establish line of site for
microwave hops.

T-Mobile Ft Lauderdale, FL 1/2006-3/2006 Three month contract work for emergency
cabinet expansion and cabinet additions on roof top sites. Coordinated Crews, s
ecured materials and supervised the crews in the field. Punch walked sites with
the client for hand off.
Cingular Wireless 4/2006-12/2006 PM/CM Northern Florida Market, CM coordinati
on for decommissioning 331 sites, all requiring lease review for renewal/termina
tion dates with the landlords. 60% of the sites involved direct interaction wit
h SBA, American Tower, Global Signal and Crown Castle to negotiate "Pay and Walk
" agreements to leave equipment on site in exchange for a negotiated onetime pay
ment fee to vacate the site. The project included coordination of separate entit
ies responsible for equipment removal, battery and hazmat filing for disposal, g
enerator removal, bidding, purchase orders and invoice review for contractors to
remove the shelters, lines and antennas from the sites.
Global Signal 8/2005-12/2005 One of two individuals responsible for addition
al land acquisition nationwide for the 4000+ Sprit sites acquired by Global Sign
al for management. The initial review was for Owner Consent, Zoning, Permitting
and subsequent availability of land for additional carrier.
Cingular UMTS and Casino DAS Las Vegas 5/2005-8/2005 Leasing, Zoning, Owner Co
nsent analysis, Construction Plan Design and Construction Management for UMTS Da
ta Cabinet and Antenna additions.
T-Mobile New York City CM for Sixty-Seven new roof top sites on air 1st quarter
of 2005 in Brooklyn, Manhattan and the Bronx. Work performed was consistent wit
h the CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SOW paragraph above.
Morrison Herschfield 4/2004-9/2004 CM for New Build Nextel Sites in South Caro
lina. . Work performed was consistent with the CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SOW in C

Nextel Florida 5/1998-6/2001 Senior Site Development Manager at the Nextel offic
es in Maitland, Florida. Staffed and directed an eight to twelve member Fortress
Tower team. 240 sites leased, zoned, permitted and construction completed. M
y group was the best performing team of 17 Site Development Teams for Nextel in
the State of Florida in the year 2000. Production of completed sites was more t
han twice the next closest team.
Prime Co Florida 9/1997-5/1998 CM at the Prime Co office in Maitland, Flori
da. Responsible for the job costing, design, permitting and field construction s
upervision for over one-third of the Florida sites for launch.
Nextel Texas 6/1997-9/1997 PM/CM transferred from Phoenix, Arizona to Austin/Sa
n Antonio Market for Leasing, Zoning, Permitting and Construction.
AT&T Arizona 9/1995-5/1997 PM/CM Phoenix/Tucson markets over Zoning, Permittin
g, and Construction.
As a "LAUNCH" project, I had direct input in all the disciplines associated with
a new market to include the Switch design and construction at the AT&T Land Lin
e Central Offices.
Cellular One CA 6/1995-9/1995 CM working out of the Sacramento Switch to comple
te construction of necessary sites to achieve court mandated access to allow the
purchase of Cellular One by AT&T Wireless. . Work performed was consistent wi
