FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

cilities and equipment engineering, maintenance, powerhouse and waste treatment
plant which resulted in reduced downtime, cost and improved customer satisfactio
n.
Improved equipment utilization from 77% to 83% on large automatic injection mold
ers in one year by identifying and solving repetitive problems.
Developed and implemented a plan that brought the facility into compliance for P
CB's satisfying a New York Department of Environmental Conservation compliance o
rder.
Successfully directed the activities of the maintenance, quality, manufacturing,
production engineering and facilities departments for a 900, 00 square foot inj
ection molding plant.
ADMINISTRATION
Chairman of a multi-disciplined corporate wide task force that developed and pre
sented plan to implement five major strategies, resulting in significant quality
and cost improvement.
Successfully developed a process to self certify 19 plants nationally and intern
ationally for initial part approval to their customers, reducing lead time and c
osts.
