Coordinated production of 150+ Blu-ray and 2000+ DVD projects, aggressively meet
ing project milestones while managing strict timeline constraints. Documented so
ftware for applications deployed on Blu-ray and DVD platforms. Assembled project
assets and authored titles to platform specifications. Oversaw production sched
uling and product presentation for in-house and 3rd party client review. Led and
motivated 4-member engineering teams, ensuring compliance with product release
deadlines. Documented in-house and client requirements and coordinated with mana
gers and engineers to ensure alignment with software configuration.

y Pictures Screen Lighter Awards for Dr. Strangelove Blu-ray title and Seinfeld
DVD series; as well as commendation for skillfully coordinating and authoring co
mpany's first Blu-ray title Horsemen (2009) in collaboration with offshore facil
ity in Mumbai, India.
* Key contributor to multimillion dollar revenue generation by facilitating succ
essful production and subsequent release of some of Sony's largest titles such a
s Julie & Julia, Bounty Hunter, Dr. Strangelove, and the Seinfeld DVD series.

atter expert in all aspects of Blu-ray/DVD authoring; earning reputation as 'go-
to' resource for high-risk projects and quality issues.
* Won corporate recognition, as well as performance-based pay raise, for authori
ng division's 1st DVD title in 1997, spearheading Sony's ground-breaking entry i
nto DVD market prior to introduction of DVD format in North America.
* Hand-picked to mentor and train new recruits in digital authoring software and
Assembly language scripting.
* Provided high level client support for project pre-launch processes, to ensure
compliance with DVD specification.
