ge banking management positions, including retail, wholesale, correspondent and
residential lending, branch and regional management, construction lending, wareh

I have also worked and held part ownership in companies that specialized in stru
ctured venture capital transactions, real estate development, and mortgage and e
scrow.
I began my career in 1971 as a loan officer, then branch manager for a small pri
