model. Currently have reviewed over 1,500 records for HCC appropriateness
and performed focused review of Myocardial and Renal patients.

Project included conversion and upgrade to HIPAA compliance software in
April 2010. Held revenue target meetings and was liaison for collection of
past a/r and insurance relation activities. Provided billing, compliance
and documentation training, coaching and mentoring to behavior health
staff. Developed systems with focus on compliance for government and state
agencies. Handled health care services for indigent, low income and welfare
patients, consistent with care afforded insurance and fee for service
patients. Developed reports and documents for budgeting proposals and
