Summary
Obtain a Facility Management position that will be responsible for the implement
ation of Providing leadership and technical guidance to the various functions wi
thin organization group, including: Facilities Maintenance, EH&S, Security, Purc
hasing, Compliance, and Corporate Administrative Services.

Develop, ensure the administration of, and continuously improve the maintenance,

Review, and approve all departmental procedures and policies including equipment
maintenance, equipment calibration, utility maintenance, utility operation, mai
ntenance plans, metrology/calibration plans, EH&S plans and polices, Good Engine
ering Practices, and any other procedures related to the support of building an
d business systems.
Develop and ensure the administration of the building Security Systems, building
management systems, and building life safety systems per local municipality sta
ndards and to ensure risk management of processes and equipment.
Maintain corporate compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, in
cluding environmental permitting and inspections as required by BAAQMD, DTSC, FE
D EPA/CAL EPA, FED/SOHA and CAL/ OSHA at Corporate site.
Propose, justify, and execute capital improvement projects to support immediate
and long term business needs while maintaining budgetary control and scheduling.
Work with various departments to analyze support needs in regards to facilities,
equipment and other support services. Provide planning and execution to meet th
ese needs.
Developed sub-contractor controls and reporting requirements for mechanical / el
ectrical support equipment.
Negotiated contracts for facility support services including janitorial, landsca
ping, HVAC, electrical and mechanical maintenance by preparing materials for sco
pe of work and bidding documents.
Wrote general maintenance procedures, specific repair work order instructions an
d directed maintenance mechanics/electricians in performance of maintenance and
