- Regional Manager - Supervised William Lyon and Fieldstone residential apartmen
t communities ranging in size from 79 to 1029 units plus privately owned apartme
nt, light industrial and office building sites. I resigned this position due to
the following career advancement opportunity.
Intervest Resources / The Stratham Group - June, 1984 - November, 2004
- Regional Manager - June, 1984 - May, 1987 - supervised residential apartment s
ites through out Southern California ranging in size from 40 to 358 units.
- Director of Property Management - May, 1987 - 2002 - I was promoted to the pos
ition overseeing five Regional Managers and nearly five thousand apartment unit
s.
- Due to the sale of numerous properties, property inventory was reduced to 20 s
ites. I resumed my role as Regional Manager over- seeing ten apartment communiti
es.
- In 2002, I was advised that the most of the remaining properties would be sold
and was offered a substantial incentive to remain. I was actively involved in t
he successful management and preparation of the properties for sale and remained
loyal to my employer until inventory was reduced to six apartment communities p
