As an individual, I am compassionate, dedicated, and possesses a strong work eth
ic to promote customer satisfaction as the ultimate goal in any situation or env
ironment. As an employee I strongly believe in going the extra mile to exceed ex
pectations of the individual. Possessing extensive experience as a registered nu
rse in the healthcare industry, I have the ability to adapt to change and challe
nges in the work environment as an opportunity to grow and improve as an individ
ual. My friendly personality promotes warmth and cohesiveness to build teamwork
while working with others. Whether working alone or with a group, I am efficient
